Salt and Pepper Grinder Mills Set, Vakoo Manual Stainless Steel Salt Grinder and Pepper Mill Shakers, Adjustable Coarseness and Visible Window

We were replacing a fairly a high-end set of stainless salt and pepper grinders. Don't know the brand but they were heavy and least at least 6 or 7 years. So, my expectations were fairly high based on the reviews for these, even through the price was quite reasonable. My first thought was that the grinders have little weight to them. I don't understand the reviews that talk about how they feel heavy. They are not heavy and feel more like you are holding a lightweight plastic set. The material is a nice stainless color, but the screw on top appears to be colored plastic and does not match the grinders, so it not only feels cheap, but looks a little cheap with the mismatched screw. Where the grinder excelled was in the actual grinding. Was impressed with the grind from the pepper grinder. It could create a nice fine pepper grind with ease. I did end up returning this set and purchased the Derwent Cole and Mason set, which is far more expensive, so it is not fair to compare these directly, but the Cole and Mason set has a superior look and feel....however, I would say the actual grinding are very similar.

The salt and pepper grinders are of higher quality than I expected. You can feel their quality in the weight. As a gift I got a bag of salt crystals from the Bonaire Salt Works, which need to be ground. I never had a salt grinder before. It works perfectly. So does the pepper grinder. I would recommend them both to others.

This is a normal salt and pepper grinder set. However, the pepper grinder broke after about 6 months' use. It took me another couple of months to get around to contacting the seller. Once I contacted them, they quickly agreed to send me a replacement set for free, even thought it was out of warranty. This is service I appreciate.

Very nice. Easy to use. Love the convenience of the mechanism - turn it over and it grinds, turn it back and it stops. Stainless finish is very nice and look high quality. Its easy to clean too. And no need much dish soap.

Have had several grinders in the past but none with this kind of power. Only bad thing would be the way you have to fill it is with a funnel because of the little opening.

I really like these! They work great so far and grind very smoothly:) I wish they weren’t acrylic though glass wouldn’t been better~I wish I would have noticed that , but otherwise, beautiful !!

Love the stainless and clear canister. Easy to see when you are running low. Grinders work well on coarse salt and peppercorns. Good quality product.

Great grinders. Price is reasonable for the quality. I have paid more for salt and pepper grinders in the past not near as good as these!
