Limited picture disc vinyl LP pressing features the original album art plus an iconic image from the Bad cover photo shoot. Bad is the seventh studio album by Michael Jackson, originally released on August 31, 1987. It was released nearly five years after Jackson's previous solo studio album, Thriller (1982). The album continued Jackson's commercial success in the late 1980s, and garnered six Grammy Award nominations, winning two. The album produced a record five Billboard Hot 100 #1 singles. Bad was ranked #43 in the 100 Greatest Albums of All Time of the MTV Generation in 2009 by VH1 and number 202 in Rolling Stone magazine's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. Bad has sold an estimated 35 million copies worldwide and has been cited as one of the best-selling albums of all time. LP is a picture disc. Review: It doesn't come in a cover but it is simply beautiful - The disc comes in a plastic sleeve. But as with some pictures discs, the cover is the actual disc. It is my second picture disc and compared to the other I have, this one plays outstandingly well. I'm surprised of the quality! While there is a small noise, it doesn't feel at all cumbersome. If you don't mind to have it without the gatefold cover, and if you want a collectible item, this is definitely a must. OMG. I GOT THIS because I heard it on youtube and I only listen to the first three songs for the improp endings. So the extended starts off like the Pepsi commercial where he's doing the dance break, then It goes into the album version. I wish Mike had done this on the bad tour. A looooottttt more energy on the Pepsi concert vs. his performances but that's because he had performed 2 hours almost. Track two is the single edit???? (It sounded like the album version to me) Track 3 is the same as one except shorter 4 min vs the 8 min. (roughtly) Track 3 is vocal (from the album song. Interesting to hear, but it's not raw. It is muffled and cool just instruments sounds are turned donw or off basiacally.

What a nostalgic feeling? Purchased this heavy LP after 1987 , when i purchased the first pressing one. Same sound clarity and feel. A must buy for MJ fans.
