Exactly what it advertises works well.

I have been using this BIJIELAODIAO Soothing Cooling Gel 100g, Relieving Body, Pain Relieving, Sports Soothing Cooling Gel for a couple of days and my first impressions about the product is so-so. First, there's no box that I would expect from a commercial product. However, the tube was sealed in plastic (not a blister pack which is good for the environment) and there's also a seal on top of the cap.It does feel like I'm getting pain relief from this gel but I'm not fully convinced that it's from this product. It doesn't have the typical fragrance of other liniment pain relieving lotions that usually has that medicated or mentholated smell. I ordered this when the product information page indicated that it's "cryotherapy" which tells me that it has cooling effect. However, when I apply it, it doesn't give me that extreme cold sensation that you would expect from the term "cryotherapy." There's something in it for sure as I felt something some slight stinging in my eye when I accidentally rubbed my eye with my right hand that has the gel. Other are things I've noticed when I got this tube:- The tube says 3.4oz but the product detail on the Amazon page says "1.6 ounces"- Also, the page says "Item Volume: 2 centiliters"--conversion of 3.4 US fluid ounces is 10.06 centiliters- The fragrance is a mild aroma of sour shea butterAt $15.99 when I ordered it, I'm still tentative about the value of this product from an unknown company. I'm still testing it out for a few more days and trying to isolate if this is really giving me the relief that I think I'm getting or if it's the natural course of healing that I'm going through from other treatments that I've done. I will update if my product rating changes.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I noticed it has quite a few listings on Amazon at all different prices which is disconcerting. Still, I wanted to like this gel, especially with all the soothing ingredients they included.The active ingredient listed on the tube is isopropyl alcohol, inactive ingredient is menthol, both of which are chemicals, but the listing says "Chemical Free". So what does that mean?The grammar, typing, spelling, and sentence construction on the tube itself is a mess and should be reviewed and fixed by someone whose first language is English. It presents a sloppy view of this company's attention to detail, and makes me wonder how careful they are with product ingredients as well.It is cooling on contact with the skin, although for me once it dried, my skin became quite itchy. That may just be my particular skin reaction (although I don't have unusually sensitive skin in general), but be aware this might happen. I had to wash it off right away. So for me, it's a no.
