While it functioned the trimmer worked quite well. Unfortunately, the internal spring on my unit broke after a marginal amount of use. I purchased the item December 2017 - I used the trimmer about once a week for five months - and then the item broke and is now useless.Within 48 hours of posting the above review I was contacted by the merchant. Within 7 days they had shipped new product to me to replace the damaged item. Nice to know the merchant cares. Nice to know this merchant addressed my problem. Based on this experience, I would purchase from them again.

These are well-designed and made precision tools. Both the nose hair trimmer and the nail clippers are very compact and work exactly as I expected. The previous trimmer I owned ate batteries and eventually stopped working effectively as the motor became too slow even with fresh batteries. Hand-powered is superior! I expect these tools to keep working for the rest of my life.

This little trimmer is more compact than I expected, granted I've never owned one before so I have nothing to reference from. Items come in a very nice metal box that fits in my jean pockets. Tried it out for the first time ever and got decent results. Trims it down short enough for my hairs not to show outside of my nose, so no more tweezers for me! They also added a cute little card that's very courteous, sounds warm and shows they care about their customers. I attached two photos so you can see what the packaging is like and the trimmer itself next to a quarter for reference.

This product works very well. I have tried several battery powered hair removal instruments and was never satisfied with the results. No matter how long I used the battery powered units it would still leave unsitely hair. After I got married my wife said she could get rid of the unwanted ear hairs by using hot wax than pulling the hairs out by the roots when she removed the cooled wax. It worked great the inside of my ears looked like those of a baby. Problem is it hurt like hell. I determined that I would rather put up with the ear hairs than endure my wife’s painful wax procedures. However then I saw this product and thought it was worth a try. When the product arrived I tried it and in less than five minutes I had eliminated most of the hairs. Granted my wives wax procedures worked better but at the cost of great pain. It does a good enough job that I am no longer self-conscious of sporting unsightly hair in the ears. I also like the idea of not having to deal with batteries.

Brought it for my husband last week as a Father's Day gift. He loves it. It comes as a very nice metal box. The nail clipper can be fold into a small piece that he can even put it in his wallet, so he won't lose it and need to look for it every time. He had a electric nose trimmer before. But he likes this manual one way better. It is small and easy to handle and move. And he doesn't need to charge it every time after use. And the brush makes it easy to clean. It's a great gift!

The mechanical design of both clippers is top-notch. Not only does it feel well-built, but these both seem like they could last for decades with a little care.The nose hair clippers are nicely made with a solid squeeze feel. I'm not sure those small slots will be effective against bushy nose/ear hair, but they work well enough for me.The real star of the show here is the nail clippers. They are easy to use and fold down to be extremely compact. A nice side effect of the design is that clippings don't go flying off while you're using it but it remains easy to clean. They're a great addition to my travel bathroom kit.

As with most people I've gone through my fair share of electric trimmers. Everyone knows that the battery never lasts very long and the little motors die sooner than later so I finally switched to this manual one. I noticed a few people talking about how they aren't even sure if it's actually cutting any hair. It is....you just don't hear the hairs being cut like you do with an electric spinning at how ever many rpm's. I also saw people mentioning that it didn't seem to do as good of a job as an electric trimmer. Here's the simple reality.... it's not an electric trimmer. You're not going to be able to swirl it around your nostrils and be done in 5 seconds flat. It does require a bit more time and more movement around your nostrils all while clipping away. But ultimately it works great and short of the possibility of the spring failing this thing is solidly built and is a neat bit of design. It's generally going to last longer than any battery powered electric trimmer. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there's the potential for the spring mechanism to wear out or break eventually. But I'll take that over buying another waste of money electric trimmer. In fact if this one ever did fail, I would just buy another one. I'm never going back to electric trimmers. Is this a product that when you're in a rush getting ready for work and all of the sudden notice you need to trim your nose hairs? Probably not. But having said that, maybe it's better to not let your nose hairs get to that point in the first place.

Since I brought this product for my father, and he said this product works very well than others. It packages with a very nice silver steel case, and it doesn't just have Nose & Ear Hair Trimmer. it also includes one nail clipper and a small cleaning brush. That helps easy to clean the hair after using the trimmer.

I bought the trimmer, straight after reading positive reviews about it. Another reason was, I needed a change from electrical nose trimmers, they easily get jammed & stop working after a while.Sadly, I soon realised it's not what I was expecting. I don't have a lot of hair in the areas but still I had to struggle to cut a few of them. You are lucky if you cut 50% of them successfully, until your fingers get tired of pressing it.The little nail clipper is OK though but that's not what I was looking. Now going back again to electrical trimmer, but a different kind. I hope it help you making a decision.

Love love love this device, you have to press away a bit but it does the job enough eventually, it will cut the hairs back well with around 30 seconds to 1 minute vigorous work and the cutters are an amazingly effective leveraged design, now my goto cutters. Both are smaller and more highly engineered than they look

I have purchased electric nose trimmers in the past but this Kedsum gadget is far superior. It clipped the nose hair very cleanly and was most effective. No danger in catching the skin and am highly impressed with it. Highly recommended. Forget the electric versions - this is the best.

This is very effective, except that after a year and a half mine has been rendered effectively useless, as the cutting mechanism now catches on itself.I am uncertain whether to order a new one.

Thanks so much for the superb Kedsum nose hair trimmers. Beautifully made and nicely packaged, with a bonus pair of nail clippers they are fantastic value for money.I can't help but feel that James Bond would use Kedsum products. 10/10.
