Could not get stylus to work
I ordered this stylus so that I could take notes on my laptop at college. I received the order and could not figure out how to get the stylus to work or how to connect it via Bluetooth with my laptop. Other reviews suggested that the batteries came dead, so I ordered a battery, but still it did not work. I contacted customer support, where it was confirmed that my computer should be compatible with this stylus. Because Dell no longer makes or supports this product, all customer support could do for me was send me a replacement. I received my replacement today, and it too does not work. And now it won't let me get a refund for the stylus. If anyone has tips on how to get it to work or of another stylus that works for the inspiron series please let me know!

It connected to my dell, yet the buttons, I could not get them work. It is fine, but you need very specific model to match it to your computer.

Works perfectly, very durable
Works perfectly with my 15" Dell Inspiron. Like other reviews have said, make sure your computer settings say it is compatible before you buy. Also, I like the "eraser" button a lot. It's a lot heavier than it looks, which is nice, feels very sturdy and durable. I haven't had any connectivity issues at all.

Works smooth
I like this pen. It works great on my computer, feels like writing on paper.The only thing I found a bit odd, is that I need to zoom in to feel the writing smooth. If I don't zoom the screen, my handwriting is not well captured.

I use this handy pen everyday
No problems using this with my compatible dell inspiron. Can get a little funky writing with it when the laptop is charging and I’m not sure why, but it doesn’t really bother me.

Look up your laptop or tablet BEFORE ordering
Although this is a Dell product, my 2-in-1 did not support it. I only found that out after I tried to use it (and changed the battery). Since I'm not IT savvy, I had to look around the Dell site for a while before I found the necessary information.I returned it.
