The grossest, 5 star quality, vitamin gloop available
Let me start with this. It's ALWAYS in my cupboard. It is darn expensive (feel free to exchange my words for more colourful language...)It's a weird gloop, it tastes rather odd but it's not too strong and you can neck it in a glass of water without really tasting it.Some people seem to think this is the nectar of life itself! Others that it's an over priced scam. Can make reading reviews for something this expensive somewhat challenging.I have no absolute proof it works. I've tried to find definitive answers and haven't managed to.But, I still buy it. I still tell people I know about it. And it will remain a stalwart of my vitamin back ups. It seems significantly gentler on the stomach than others I've tried as well.Research vitamins you take, and counter research, try not to believe the first health blog you read telling you about the next big thing! Check for Contra-indications. Read some research. Get differing views and make more informed choices. And you're here, you're likely interested in things such as vitamin D (research the importance of having K with it!), or magnesium possibly: research the different forms that come in supplements and choose the best one, look into the forms such as magnesium bigylcinate - they're not all the same quality.Hope this proves of help to someone who might be finding all this self care lark a bit tiresome and confusing (It can be! But it makes more sense over time, as with most learning ventures!)

Seems to help with inflammatory disorder. But also need low histamine diet for my hist intolerance.
Genuine. Sachets are ideal for travel or hospital. No messy spoons and spills. Easy to see how many I've taken a few hours ago (yup, I've already forgotten by then).Shame about the alcohol (12%), however that % matches roughly to the home made lipo C recipes I have found. Seems to help my histamine intolerance sometimes, but not others. Still unsure why. Possibly I'm not taking enough (4g usually. 12g during flare ups sending me to A and E via ambulance. Heart and brain involved now too). I often need insanely high doses of other supps and prescribed meds. But I'm applying for my DNR now (Do Not Resus, i.e I'm very ill), so not surprising. Also tried Mercola capsules. Awful. Bowel upset after just 4g (thats nothing to me). Da Vinci brand liquid lipo C. = prob genuine, but they use loads of glycerin instead of alcohol. More upset gut + raised blood sugar (I have hist intolerance, prob SIBO and wild blood sugar during hist flare ups. Hist causes insulin resistance.Anyway, LivOn is definitely far better tolerated by me than either Mercola or Da Vinci. So 5 stars to them for making a tolerable product :DP.S Got hist intolerance and neuro? Don't go vegan. Was vegan wholefoods for 4yr. Massive mistake. Really upset my gut and then my neuro symptoms worsened faster than ever. Became a dribbling wreck.Very depressed and angry too. Never again. Docs should know these things but no, instead I'm trying to educate them.Sorry for badly constructed review. On a histamine surge right now. Nights are awful aren't they? Not giving in tho'. Keep on truckin'.....

Not any better than timed release Vitamin C for me
I've been taking Vitamin C for years as I have a rubbish immune system and it makes a huge difference. When I get a cold I take 10,000mg a day and within 48hrs I feel noticeably better so I react well to large doses. This was recommend and I had high hopes but I didn't notice any difference even when taking the exact same quantity a day. I went back to my new favourite which is 365x 1000mg timed release from The Vitamin which used to be available on Amazon and from a value point of view is significantly better. As per usual with supplements it's worth trying something as it may work well for you but this has been my experience. FYI - Pure ascorbic acid powder mixed in with Orange juice is the THE most effective vitamin C but it can be hard on the stomach and throat hence me taking slow released tablets.

Good product
Doesn’t taste all that great and because it is a liposomal gel it doesn’t disperse well in liquid. I do persevere with it though. I add it to a home made cocktail with collagen powder, warm water and orange juice . If chilled it tastes ok like that and hopefully doing me good.
