Traction as promised
I bought these to replace a similar product used for last two New England winters. While this YIQIC product looks similar to other micro spike solutions there is a difference in design. Surprisingly the rubber loops/grommets where the metal attaches to the rubber show no signs of stretch while in use. I'm using on a pair of size 11 hiking shoes and another pair of beefier winter boots. There seems to be enough metal linkage going from the spikes to the rubber to eliminate stress on the materials, which is where many complain of material tearing. Traction is outstanding even on glare ice, comfort/balance is excellent and while only using 3 times so far I'd say the product is as advertised.

Perfect.
I work as a school bus driver in southern Illinois and our winters aren't too bad but sometimes we get ice storms. If school isn't called off I have to walk across a very icy bus lot. They give us these worthless cleats at work but they actually cause people to fall (it's funny). These crampons are amazingly good. The quality is good and when I walk into the office, they don't scratch up the cheap flooring. They fit really tight to my boots (perhaps too tight) and I never had them slip off... which means putting them on and taking them off is a chore but once they are on, they stay on. Really glad I bought these.

May have quality issue with mine.
My crampons rusted after one outing. Widespread rust on the crampons.I contacted the seller but did not get any response. 2nd email went out; no response however about a day later I got a refund. So not sure what to say; maybe I had a bad one but I took it on an outing and a week later there was rust covering 30% of the crampons.

Too small overall and spikes too tiny
Too small. Curled the toes on my size large Neo overboots and cut off circulation making my toes get cold and uncomfortable. Spikes are undersized. Cheap compared to Khatoola microspikes. Have them to my 12 year old nephew which are closer to his size. If they were bigger I'd say they are decent for the price but unfortunately they are sized for little people.

Great ice cleats!
These worked great on ice and packed snow. I saw a number of other people slipping and falling but with these on was able to walk confidently without any worries of slipping. They were easy to slip on and off. I would have rated these at 5 but one of the links bent and came off but I was able to bend it back with a pair of pliers.

Easy to put on and off
Would not have been able to get outside to feed animals this winter without these. Fell a couple of years ago & did not want to again. Easy to put on and off. They do rust, but even if they last just one year, they are well worth it to stay standing and safe.

Perfect they don't slide around, tight fit great grip
Absolutely love them. I am a snow shoer but when there is not enough snow I still want to hike. Used them for the first time the other day on a bout 3-4 inches of pure ice and slush and they were fantastic they don't slip around on your shoe and cut right in, to the point that I could even run in them. Ordering a second pair for my son

Nice to walk in the snow to icy slush cycle
These have been on my boots since they came. Nice to walk in the snow to icy slush cycle. Nice up and down hills. I ordered his and hers....reduces slipping to a few tiny slips here and there.
