I've purchased these slippers multiple times
I've lost track of how many pairs of Vionic slippers I've purchased over the years. I wear them every day -- the closed toe version in the winter, and this open toe design in the spring and summer. The width is adjustable and the arch support hits me just right. Up till now I've purchased the tan colored ones but this time I chose the one that's a wine red (see photo; I don't know why it says tan in the verified purchase line). Very pretty color.I almost knocked a star or two off the review because the pair I received today quite obviously went to someone else before I got them. There was an imprint of a bare foot on both of them and it was enough to indicate it was more than just tried on. They were worn (I don't mean worn out, just worn), but on clean floors. My first thought was to exchange them, but then I thought about the inconvenience of doing so (I don't have a car). I changed my mind. I never wear the slippers in my bare feet; I always wear socks, so I figured I wouldn't be stepping directly into the other person's imprint. I've been wearing them all day and they're absolutely perfect. If you're looking for side support, keep looking. There's none. Just arch support.UPDATE:The red slippers wore out so I ordered another pair -- this time in gray. They're perfect and there's no sign someone wore them before I did. These slippers are very good for arches and comfy. I have worn out every pair I've purchased over the years but it's not the arch support that goes or the soles. It's the fabric which shows signs of wear in about a year or so. Maybe I'm just rough on them.

Vionic Women's Indulge Relax Slipper
The arch supports are very pronounced compared to my old ones with no arch supports. It took a few days to get used to them. Now super comfortable and I’m sure they’re supporting my feet! I like the Velcro that can be adjusted to width of foot. They are soft & seem well made. Happy with my purchase.UPDATE: After wearing these every day for a week, I have reduced my pain medication and feel like a new person. Honestly, I can’t believe it. I have no arch problems per se. I do have severe arthritis in left foot, both knees, right hip and spine. The pain was debilitating and I’ve been to specialists for X-rays, CT SCANS, MRI and injections. Foot specialist discussed surgery that would make me non-weight bearing on left foot for 3-6 months.I can’t wait to tell them a 70 dollar pair of slippers has decreased my pain significantly & has turned my life around. I believe the reason these slippers helped so much is that when you have pain, your weight distribution and posture gets out of whack because your body is trying to avoid the pain. You probably don’t even realize it. I think these prominent arch supports forced my spine, posture & how weight bears on my feet into correct position. My issues may not apply to everyone but I hope this helps some of you! Now I gotta find sandals and shoes that are built exactly like these slippers.

Vionic is very comfortable
I had to return these as I'm not sure if they had been worn. However, I love this brand and style of slipper. They have arch support and comfortable! Great if you are heavier too. They hold up...quality is great.

These slippers run large !
These slippers run large. I ordered a size 6...there is a good extra inch from my heel to the end of the slipper. Ugh.Very Comfortable!

Comfortable warm adjustable
Comfortable! Width is adjustable to accommodate socks or bare feet. I have a wide foot these fit great. Worth the $ as I wear them all day in the house. I highly recommend

Too heavy, not comfortable
I purchased four different orthopedic shoes and kept two of them. I returned these shoes. I wanted strong arch support and a comfortable cushioned feel on the inside and an outside appearance that is somewhat stylish (i.e. trying to avoid the ugly-old-lady-shoe-look). Here’s how they rated in order from best to worst in my opinion.1) The best, 5 stars, for Orthofeet Coral Women's Comfort Orthopedic Arthritis Diabetic Orthotic Sneakers Turquoise Synthetic 8.5 W US . From the moment I got them I could wear these all day every day my feet never hurt. Great arch support, flexible and super comfortable. They are what I wear 80% of the time. I’d wear them 100% of the time except that my only complaint is that they aren’t as nice looking as my second favorite, the Vionic Kona.2) Second favorite, also 5 stars, Vionic Kona Womens Orthotic Athletic Shoe Black/Fuchsia - 8 Medium . I kept these too. Compared to the Orthofeet they have less arch support and less cushion, but they are still quite comfortable. These are better looking than Orthofeet shoe and they weigh less. These shoes are so light it’s like air on your feet. So, if I want to look nicer and I’m not walking all day, I wear these. If I’m going to be going to the gym or doing 15,000 steps in a day, I wear my Orthofeet.3) Returned, 3 stars, this one, the Vionic Women's Dash Slip-On Sneaker Grey Mint 8 M . Compared to the other two above, this shoe was not as comfortable to me, had less support in the arch and overall cushion and they looked like ugly old lady shoes to me. In the picture, they looked nice, but when I put them on I just didn’t like them. It may be the Velcro instead of laces that make them appear ugly to me.4) Returned, 3 stars, Vionic Womens Relax Slippers in Tan Size 8 . I returned these. There was an area that wasn’t flat and rubbed my foot. I could tell if I wore them a long time that was going to hurt. Also, they were too heavy. It felt like I had weights on my feet. The only thing I liked about them was the soft feel of the fuzzy covering.I have a bunion on one foot and have problems with plantar fasciitis and back pain off and on. In the past, I wore Asics or Reebok athletic shoes. After wearing my new Vionic and Orthofeet shoes for a month, I do believe that orthopedic shoes are better.

Gift for wife with foot problems
My wife has various foot challenges. She finds these slippers to be comfortable, but the lining where the bottom of the foot touches the slipper tends to wear out rather quickly, in my opinion.

Perfect!
Hi, I bought these for myself. I don’t really like closed in slippers, seen these, never heard of the maker before, but read the reviews, although there was only 1 bad review, and I use that term lightly, I took the plunge. I’m so glad I did. They really are very comfortable indeed. Fit is perfect. I’d buy more when the time comes. These slippers are very well made, and the closure, well, it stays closed. Honestly, they really are very comfy. I’d definitely recommend them.

More than a slipper
I waited to review these slippers to be more informative. I have fairly flat feet with high arches. The high arch on these slippers took some getting used to though, my feet were accustomed to wearing crocs around the house. At times they almost hurt to wear, my high arches were lazy and dropping low, but I stuck with them and I’m glad I did. They know feel soooo comfy and supportive and the softest velour feels so luxurious. It’s good to know that my feet are aligned as they should be keeping my ankles straight and thus helping my gait stay true and strong. The velour is warm but not sweaty. The Velcro is the best part though. I can adjust the fit for barefoot or thick or thin socks. This means the slipper fits perfectly, never feels too tight or loose enough to fall/slip off. No need to contort your toes to keep slippers in situ. If you have one foot considerably ‘plumper’ than the other it won’t matter with these slippers as you can adjust for the perfect fit.I initially thought these were expensive for simple slippers but they’re not simple and they’re more than a slipper. They are innovative and ergonomic and luxurious. They are more of a house shoe than a slipper and as such look like they’ll last for a very long time. I love them. Thank you Vionic.
