Painless Learning Educational Placemats South America Central America and Canada Maps Set Non Slip Washable

I'm not using these as placemats, so I can't speak to their durability as such, but they are awesome for display. I use these on a bulletin board in a classroom setting and, for that, they are perfect! Bright colors engage the kids and we can write on them with dry erase and wet erase pens. We also stick stickers on them. I haven't had any problems when cleaning the dry and wet erase marker off, but that's not really the same as a preschooler dumping a whole cup of milk on it.Occasional, moderate contact with liquid seems okay. Drowning the United States in tonight's dinner beverage, not so much.

A little flimsy. These maps were laminated with what looks like 3mil plastic and are very easy to bend or ruin by children. The concept is great but I would have made them much thicker, (like most placemats).

Great! She had the melissa and doug one, but after a couple scrubs the map disappeared!These are laminated so I can scrub away. We are learning states and countries while she eats.

I love these placemats! My son takes an extra long time to finish his dinner now that he has the map as a placemat. He is 4 and is very curious. We point out where we live as well as our family members. We haven't yet put out the world map, which will open up a whole new set of questions. He really is learning his geography!

We (adults) are using these as Pandemic Placemats to learn some countries as we eat! The maps are clear and well made. I am almost able to tell you all the countries in Africa. My husband has Eastern Europe figured out now. A great value for the money.

I use these with my grandkids when I teach them about a new country or state. They can find it, then we find it on a world quilt and then on the gobe. They like having their own maps.

My daughter loves geography and is loving the world map. She also lives the USA map too. She already had one but it was fading. Now I don't have to worry about that.

These are great. Me and my family have a great time quizzing each other during meals. My are having fun and do not realize they are actually learning.

Everything would be great if not for the fact that instead of flags I received a map of America, which I totally don't need 😔Ps. The quality of the product is fine.

I got the countries of the world and flags set. The side that is in color and everything is labeled (countries and flags) is very good for learning, my son loves it.However, the back side (not labeled, can be used for quizzing) is not practical at all. I wish it was in colour as it's very hard to identify flags that are all black and white. The black and white map is not so bad except that the lines for rivers is included so it makes it hard to identity the country borders. Would have given 5 stars if the back sides were in color.

Haven’t used it yet as it’s a gift for the family to have fun while eating and educating the kids but it’s exactly what I’d hoped it would be (vibrant colors, good quality, etc)! Delivered quickly and with no issues.

These were great when my kids used them, and I just received them to use with my young stepdaughter. As expected, looks great.
