I wanted this for a while now and got it and love it. Under the flower part is were the filter is and weee you put your water and oils at. It has a automatic shutoff at so many hours, so it runs for a while and smells great. You can smell it through my whole house. It came with 2 extra filters, but i didn't catch when they need to be changed yet cause i have had it maybe a week. How ever i like this one more than the others in my house. My others don't have filters, were this one does. I love the flower look, it looks like a big lotus flower to me. This is a glass bottom, were the flower is a hard plastic plus the fliter part , or all the electrical parts to the diffusion device. Now this comes with the usb port so you will need the other part to plug it into the wall or if you have something you can use the usb in it will work, i plugged mine into a wall adapter, and its worked out fine. I had no problems with the seller and would buy from them again. Very fast with the shipping and that's a plus for me.

I echo all of the negative reviews. This product is the epitome of the Portlandia skit about "instant garbage." The instructions are ludicrously nonsensical. It stopped diffusing properly after a few uses and I had to replace the wick; the wick clogs easily, and when the diffuser works, it doesn't reach far - you have to basically put your face over it to smell it unless you pour tons of oil into it, which clogs it. it is not portable which is false advertising.Also, when cleaning it, the top ring around the opening fell off because a it is held there by a little bit of glue; also, it takes hard presses to turn it on, and the light on the cord is so bright, it is obnoxious. There is almost nothing right with it except for the few days it worked, intermittently, between cleanings, and replacings, so that wasn't even that fun. And now, even after extensive cleaning, the smell is disgusting. It is not the smell of the oils; it smells like something sour and burning. It is officially, finally, totally unusable. Not only was it a waste of money, but I wasted a lot of time trying to make it work.

I was really pleased with this product once I was able to get one that worked. I like that this particular diffuser is also a small humidifier. When I use sonic diffusers sometimes the oils are too strong but this one diffuses the water with the oil so well that it’s much more pleasant smelling to me and strong enough to fill my large bedroom. The company was very efficient in reimbursing me for the first damaged product. I was directed to the customer service Facebook page where I messaged my issue. I was instructed to purchase a new diffuser so that shipping through Amazon instead of directly from the company in China Would be faster. I was refunded the money through pay pal which took a few days but none-the-less the money was refunded. I love that the diffuser is a nice design. I love the lotus and was pleased with the compact size so I can use it at my bedside. All in all it is a great little product and the company cares that the customer is satisfied.

This little device does a great job at emitting a fine mist from the top, but doesn't seem to do much else. The instructions say "Don't put it at any narrow position and don't cover it, otherwise dew may wet your desk." Also says to use at minimum temperature of 5 degrees Celcius and less than 80% humidity. I set up this "diffuser" on my nightstand with plenty of open space around it. Inside my home is definitely well above 5 degrees C, and I'm running dehumidifiers, so I'm sure it's below 80% humidity. Still, after running for about 2 hours, my nightstand was covered with water that had settled from the mist. Even though I had added 5 drops of essential oils to the water, the scent was barely detectable from smelling the actual mist. I couldn't smell anything in the rest of the room. I bought it to diffuse eucalyptus essential oil, but I get much better result from just putting a few drops on a cotton ball on my nightstand. Debating whether to return this, or save it for when I'm traveling and need a humidifier due to dry heated air. For that purpose it is easy to use and very quiet--almost silent--operation. It's also small, so it's easy to store, and very cute. But definitely a disappointment as an aromatherapy diffuser.

This diffuser is so cute. The water reservoir is ceramic with a plastic lotus flower on top, which is plastic and looks a little cheap close up. This is my first time trying oil diffuser. It works very well with the Peaceful Sleep oil blend I bought on Amazon. It helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep. I usually use the intermittent mist option and it lasts 2-3 days after one fill. The soft lighting also helps me fall asleep. Very pleased with the purchase. It is easy to use and can be set up within seconds. It’s really quiet, and the color-changing light is a nice touch. It’s got a really cool look to it. Would recommend to people looking for a dffuser.

I ordered this diffuser thinking it would be perfect for my office. I used it several times at home, each time using a USB wall plug adapter to operate it and it worked fine, shutting off after 3 hrs, as stated. I brought it to my office yesterday, used it & noticed late in the day that it was still running (well past the 3 hr mark, so I manually turned it off. Then I turned it on today and it again stayed on longer than the stated 3 hr shut off time & I then stared to smell something weird & realized the USB plug had overheated & melted. So unless they sell a separate plug or separate flower top, this diffuser is useless. Very disappointed. And for the record I was using a name brand USB wall plug adapter.
