Monster Ncredible Ntune On-Ear Headphones

As reported directly from my son (age 15), the recipient:My ears start to hurt after a few hours of use. Definitely striking in looks. Bass is strong and on rare occasion overpowering. Lightweight. Sound is crisp and clear (excepting the bass issue). Cable remote and mic work very well. If they broke, I would probably buy the same model.As reported by me:I don't mind that he stops using them after a few hours. He receives lots of compliments and attention from his peers at school relative to the headphones. I can tell no major difference in sound quality between these and the crazy expensive beats we tested prior to purchase.****************************************Update May 2013****************************************The headphone's band unexpectedly snapped when my son shifted one earpiece out, about an inch, to better attend to something I was saying to him.He does not have a large head and the break was as startling as it was disappointing. We marvel that he was even able to place them on and off his head.Despite their heft, the headphones were not sturdy by any means, and the short lifespan brought the cost of ownership to around $1 a day (yikes).He was crushed, and has to live with my sturdy (if far less visually striking) 2004 Senn 280 hand-me-downs (amazing sound but deteriorating top band padding).I hope that Monster can find a way to address their structural engineering failings.Color us disappointed, as I remove two stars for fragility and the high cost of daily ownership.The standing two stars remain for the sound and mic quality plus the striking visual design, none of which we will be able to appreciate again.

DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES**EDIT 06/14/2013**I sent the headphones back to Monster and they replaced them quickly, which was nice. However, the replacements broke within the first 4 weeks. I've taped them back together, but these things are of horrible build quality regarding the headband, it's almost as if they were designed to break. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE HEADPHONES AT ALL, even to someone being extremely careful with them as I was on my replacement pair. I was removing them from my head at my desk and the headband broke again at the same spot.**BELOW IS MY REVIEW FROM MAY 2013**Overall I really enjoyed the 5 months I got out of these headphones, but from the day I received them I knew that they would break eventually, I just didn't know that eventually would mean less than a full 5 months away.Sound: 7 out of 10.Good sound, a little bass heavy but I'd say overall pretty solid.Comfort: 7 out of 10.Pretty comfortable and lightweight, on-ear headphones tend to leave my ears a bit sore after a few hours listening and these were no exception.Material: 1 out of 10. **Edited from 2, to 1**Very cheap. The on-ear pads and the line-in were the only things of decent quality. The feel is very cheap and there is a bit of rattle when you hold them but you don't notice when you're wearing them. **Headband is extremely flimsy and prone to breaking. These sound good, almost great. They are bass heavy, but not over powering. The mids and high are adequate.They are comfortable (7/10) and durable (9/10). The problem I have is the cable on the source end has a shortage. It's only with my galaxy note ii. It worked fine with my Ipad 3. And the pioneer Steez works perfectly, as well my Soul sl150 headphones. I took the cable and used with my soul sl150 and duplicated the same shortage. I'm sending these back for a refund, I do not trust monster quality control.The sound on these are much better than beat solo hd and sony xb600 and sony v55. The bass is there but controlled and does not take away from the mids. That said, the pioneer Steez 808 sounds better throughout. You can decipher the mids and the highs from the bass. Plus the Steez has bass control dial on the left ear, which enables you to regulate the bass. If I had to choose one headphone I would chose the Steez hands down. It's just a better value, plus each ear has a dual driver. Ntunes are still a great buy, especially if you just listen to hip hop. The bass is slightly better on the ntunes. (also better than the soul sl150)For a comparison Ntune (8/10) and Steez 808 and Soul sl150 both (9/10). The latter two has more of a full sound with a punchy bass. You can not go wrong with either.

Also ich bin etwas hin und her gerissen. Die Verarbeitung ist nicht das gelbe vom Ei. Die Kopfhörer wirken recht zerbrechlich aufgrund der dünnen Plastikbügel. Der Karton ist ein hingucken, jedoch finde ich es in dieser Preisklasse nicht gut das die Unterlagen in einer Schachtel beigefügt sind, welche dafür jedochnzu klein ist. Kein 6,3mm Adapter...Das sollte doch bei 80,99€ drin sein.Nun zum Klang und darauf kommt es ja bei einem Kopfhörer an. Phantastisch! Klare knackige Bässe, super mitten und Höhen.Dafür,auch die gute Bewertung.Klang würde ich 5***** geben.Verarbeitung, Zubehör und Beilagen 2**Ich hatte zuvor die Beats Studio 1. super verarbeitet, Sound dumpf und einfach schlecht.Diese Kopfhörer Verarbeitung dürftig, Sound schlägt die Beats um Welten !Für rund 80€ Kaufempfehlung.

Schreibe jetzt nach 1 1/2 Jahren mal eine Rezesion weil ich sagen muss, war begeistert von den Kopfhörern.Habe sie damals im Angebot gekauft und war schon damals für den Preis begeistert von der Qualität.Kann kein schlechtes wort darüber verlieren, außer, dass sie jetzt nach 1 1/2 Jahren anscheind nen Wackelkontakt haben und ich nicht durchgehend Musik hören kann.... Woran ich höchstwahrscheinlich aber selber schuld bin ^^".Zur Verarbeitungsqualität muss ich auch noch was sagen.In der zeit wo ich sie hatte haben sie EINIGES miterlebt und der Kopfbügel ist immernoch ganz.Diesbezüglich... Hauptgrund warum ich diese Rezesion schreibe.Eigentlich wollte ich mir neue kaufen und diese entsorgen.Da ich sie so nichtmehr verkaufen kann also brechen und in den Mülleimer.Hab mich doch seeeeehr gewundert wie sehr sie sich biegen lassen ohne zu brechen.Da ist mir eingefallen, dass eine meiner Hauptsorgen beim kauf die Qualität der Bügel aufgrund der Rezesionen war.Kann ich nicht bestätigen.Meiner Meinung nach top Kopfhörer für den Preis!

ho comprato queste cuffie durante il black friday scorso e le ho usate( ed uso sin ora) sul mio telefono ascoltando spotify al massimo della qualità disponibile.Devo dire che all' inizio non mi piacevano affatto,il suono era davvero "insipido" da cuffie della metà del prezzo.Successivamente ho istallato un equalizzatore (Viper4arise) col quale sono riuscito a tirar fuori la belva latente dentro queste cuffie.I bassi sono letteralmente illimitati,addirittura la cuffia trema fisicamente sull' orecchio ed all' esterno della plastica se non limitati!La fattura è abbastanza buona,i materiali non sono scadenti e sembrano resistere ottimamente alla prova del tempo.Peccano minimamente sugli alti(avevo trovato la configurazione giusta,ma l' ho persa ed ho difficoltà a ritrovarla,quindi reputo che un utente possa e voglia pretendere qualcosa in piu già di base) e sulla loro rintracciabilità.Il prodotto sembra infatti fuori produzione ed il sito,inaccessibile dall' italia se non usando una VPN,non permette la rilevazione del prodotto come originale,proprio perchè "di vecchia data".Nel complesso però,considerando la qualità audio effettiva,considerando l'ottimo isolamento acustico,la comodità ed il prezzo,le valuto 4 stelle.Acquisto consigliato.

Sound is better than expected, obviously not better than the mth 50 but pretty close to the solo hd's. Quality and feel are both average nothing special. A little disappointed it doesn't fold up or come with a carrying case but for 89$ Canadian it's a really good buy. If your looking for something with same sound quality but much cheaper look at the audio technica sj11 but for a good pair of headphones that are also stylish; this is the one you want
