Odorless and tasteless
This oil has been a great addition to my morning coffee. It doesn’t have a smell or taste, so it blends well without altering the texture or taste of my coffee. After adding this to the warmed milk for my coffee, I use a small coffee frother to blend it. 100% recommend.

Start out slow, 1 or 2 teaspoons, for the first week or so.
The older you get, the more you need MCT oil. If you are fasting (17) hours plus- this MCT oil will help you last (fast) longer without any hunger pains !!

Easy to take
Just started taking the MCT oil. I take 2 tablespoons after I eat. It is tasteless, so need to mix it with anything.
