Cover-Ups Black Fit Over Sunglasses - Wrap Around Sunglasses - People Who Wear Prescription Glasses in the Sun

These fir over sunglasses actually fit over my old 1960s-style cateye eyeglass frames! They protect the eyes from glare even when the sun comes in from the side. They are not polarized - but do claim protection from UV light. They will fall apart easily if dropped, but my experience is that it is easy to put them back together. I store them in a very large hard case to keep them from getting scratched when not in use. Very similar to the original Solarshield (trademarked) sunglasses, except that they are not polarized.

These sunglasses really help when driving and the sun is coming at the driver from different angles. I used to have to keep moving the sun visor from front to side. Now I don't need to do that - only concentrate on the driving. Filters sun from all angles.

I am about four weeks post scleral buckle and vitrectomy and my eyes are still extremely sensitive to light. These glasses work wonderfully over my prescription glasses and block the sun from the sides and the top. They fit over my round glasses and my cat eye ones. Due to the style of the cat eye frames, I have to leave a small bit out at the bottom, but this does not interfere with their effectiveness. The ONLY issue I have is that they’re not completely anti reflective. I do see a little glare, but not enough for it to be a deal breaker. They do fit in a cloth glasses case.

Great fit over larger prescription glasses. Greatly improves eyesight on sunny days. Reduces glare. Good for driving. Comfortable. They're very large glasses and the drawback is finding a large enough case to store them to avoid scratches. It would be nice if a case/cloth cover of some kind would've been included. Luckily, I had a cloth, expandable eyeglass case.

Fit well over my prescription glasses. Very dark , which was what I wanted. Bought them specifically for wear after optometry appointments, the darkness and wrap around design made coming home with dilated eyes much more comfortable.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Have eye swelling and sensitivity to light. These are helpful when driving to block side glare. they are OK but don't block as much light as I thought they would

I’m getting eye surgery and these glasses are perfect to cover all around my eyes. It’s so dark and work really well for my eyes sensitivity.
