This is indispensable for preventing stiff muscles after strenuos activity. Now in my 50s I find staying fit more difficult and easily get sore from just daily chores unless I take this. When I was younger I toof it for running but now it helps for everyday stresses on my muscles. I just recover so much quicker. Highly recommend for athletes and elderly.
