Much better product than others in the same price range
i read over 10 reviews for other products before settling on this lockbox. I am an Airbnb host and need a secure place for the key in case I cannot meet with my guests for the key exchange. This lockbox has a bigger hasp than most, and I was able to attach it to the railing next to my front door instead of putting it on the doorknob (which makes it harder to grip and turn the knob, esp in the winter if you're wearing gloves). It's easy to change the code, and none of my guests or house-cleaner have had a problem using the lockbox. The slider door is a nice touch, and will help to avoid rust on the metal parts. The compartment is large enough to hold several keys on a ring. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

Solid & Will Hold Lots of Keys IF You Do It Right
I mounted this on the interior wall of our garage, where I could keep 9 master key backup. This box isn't designed to hold more than about 4 to 5 keys, but I wanted to keep them all in one spot without spending $30+ and getting a much larger box. (Most of the larger boxes hold 20 or more and that seemed unnecessary.)Anyway, as is typical for these small key safes, the interior dimensions are pretty small, and are not designed to hold that many keys. However, I was able to put 9 in there by doing two things:1. I put each key and its associated name tag on a bit of silver ball chain. You could also use very small, thin split rings.2. Put all the keys into a small Ziploc SNACK SIZE bag (not a sandwich sized bag) and fold it as flat as you can before putting it inside the box. Be careful to keep the top as clear as you can, as not to get in the way of the locking mechanism. Works like a charm! This box was very easy to mount to the wall. Just mark the holes, drill pilot holes, tap in the included anchors and screw in the included screws. I was done in just a couple minutes and it feels very solidly attached.

Convenient key lock
I was subletting my room for the summer but it was hard to hand over the key since we all have different schedules. This product solved my problem, and the little key lock can hang on the door so I don’t need to worry if somebody else takes it. And the instructions were easy to understand, so the whole process only took me five minutes to set up everything. Overall, recommend it.

BUYER BEWARE (or you may find yourself up a creek without a key)!
I followed all instructions in regard to mounting and setting a new code. I tested it three times before mounting and it worked fine when tested, latch released and compartment opened. I mounted it to a deck post (glad I didn't mount it to the brick), put my key inside and closed it. IT WOULDN'T REOPEN! I tried the new code, I tried the original default code and tapped the box a few times thinking the key might be interfering with the mechanism but to no avail. It would not open. I finally gave up and pried it from the post. Imagine my surprise when I found out that the mounting plate was cheap white metal and broke fairly easily. So, on top of being unreliable, it's fairly easy to defeat. When the back plate rips apart the key is easily available to those who may have bad intent. The bottom line, avoid this lock box!

It's big.
Just got this today. So far it was easy to set code and install. Feels sturdy. It is bigger than I expected. I don't know who complained about it being too small for keys. I'm sure I can fit a dozen keys in it. lol

Exactly what I needed
This lock does exactly what I need it to do. It is easy to operate, holds my key, and attaches to my doorknob. My only complaints are that it’s more bulky than I’d like (if it swings side to side while my door slams shut, it will block the door from closing), and it’s just mildly awkward to try to clip it around a doorknob because of where the switch to latch and unlatch the arch is located. Definitely not a dealbreaker, and I suspect it’s the same for any other lock of it’s design. It works very well, and I like that it comes in more colors than just the classic silver and black. I can’t speak for it’s longevity, but so far so good.

Don’t waste your money
It worked… for a few months. Now I’m stuck with a lockbox that I can’t open to get my keys. Even before that stopped working, I stopped being able to release the hinge. Now I not only need to buy a new lock box and spare keys, I need to pay for someone to cut off the worthless lock box.

Sturdy lock box for its price point
I got this lock box for my rover to be able to go in and out of my home with ease without officially giving her a copy. This lock is very sturdy and easy to use. They give you a simple and easy guide to change the combination and to attach to wherever you want it. Since I am renting, I attached it to the door handle rather than screw it into the wall but you do have that as an option if you own your home. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because this wasn't big enough to go around railing next to my apartment door. It was only able to go around my round door handle and knocker. So its best used around a looped door handle
