Posture Corrector for Women and Men Support: Back Support Brace - Shoulders Straightener Relieve Upper Back Pain (Gray, Medium)

I have thoracocolumbar scoliosis, and got this for my upper back to help with my thoracic levoscoliosis. It fits very comfortably and adjusts everywhere I need it to. The material is breathable and provides the support and pain relief I need to accomplish tasks without worrying about the pain that I get due to my relentlessly crooked spine! It wipes clean with a samp cloth, and although I wear it over a tank top usually it easily fits over a lightweight tshirt as well and is barely noticeable under a loose fitting tshirt or sweatshirt as there is little to no bulkiness to this brace. There is a noticeable difference in my posture and the design is very comfortable. If you are between sizes or unsure, I suggest sizing up as it is made to fit snug but there isnt a ton of wiggle room if you are in between.

This is a well made item, very easy to use.It will definitely last. I recommend following the instruction manual for how long it should be used. I have scoliosis and this back posture corrector helps me keep my posture straight without feeling like my lower back is killing me. I like that it helps keep the shoulders aligned with your head without too much effort. I have been using it for a month and I like the results I see. Overall this a great product, you won’t be disappointed.

It looked really comfortable in the photos, but when I wore it, it felt a bit tight around the armpits. It does help correct my posture, though I need to wear it with a T-shirt underneath to avoid irritating my skin.

Heavier and larger than expected. Actually hurt more wearing it. Velcro was good quality, but I’m too short it takes over my entire upper body.

This is easy to use, but not supportive enough and NOT for people who have two screws in each shoulder. I bought this hoping it could relieve shoulder and back pain but I would not recommend this product because this brace made my shoulder pain worse. Better off icing the shoulder and working on core, back and shoulder strengthening with physical therapy to correct the posture. This brace threw my back all out of whack.

For someone who sits at a desk all day and hunches over, this has been a game changer. Easy to put on, doesn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable. I feel like my posture after I take It off even looks great. Pain in my upper back has decreased. I only wear It for 30 minutes each day.
