I ordered this to make a custom-fit night guard to use temporarily on my bottom teeth while in the middle of undergoing dental work (so I couldn’t use my old night guard from the dentist). I appreciate that it was a better price than a similar product from the drugstore and arrived quickly. The instructions were easy to follow and the night guard was comfortable. I used one of the smaller sizes and it fit without trimming on my bottom teeth. The large may have also worked. Overall, it was exactly what I needed to protect my teeth while undergoing dental work.

These night guards are perfect for me. The smaller size fits comfortably as is - no moulding necessary. Woohoo! They work well and last quite a while before needing to be replaced. And the price is reasonable for the quality of the product and the wear. Customer service is also a 5 star.

I wish this came with the ability to pick the size you want, two now wasted small size mouthguards. Only have worn it for a couple nights but it’s comfortable and definitely keeping me from supposedly clenching and grinding per my dentist. Follow the directions exactly. I got my water to hot. I think maybe left it too long it got too soft and I almost ruined it. I would definitely cut it if it’s too big after you form it in your mouth and not before because it may shrink.
