Do NOT recommend.This was purchased in April and by the end of the next month, May, it had cracks in the base, rendering it unusable. It was only used for frozen fruit smoothies and was never put in the dishwasher or exposed to boiling temperatures- always hand-washed. It was used only about 10 times total. Find a different supplier for this product as this one does not last.

The media could not be loaded. I like that actually works for the product intended for. Although I have a small one, I like the big one better because it’s more powerful as well, but the blade does work with ninja that is in the description at least for what I have which is in a CL category. It makes sense once I looked at the video to see about the different attachment, and I noticed that the lady stated you have to press down and turn that is not what I did when I first got it I put it on the machine thinking OK if it and all I have to do is press the button no it’s more to it than that. If you think about it when we put it on a different attachment, you have to twist it. I guess that they are assumed that there’s something that you know, but I believe that in the description or somewhere should say that because I believe that’s why a lot of people are returning it because they figured it doesn’t work when they put it on if that is the case Out my video was helpful for you guys. What I don’t like about it if it didn’t come with a brush, but has nothing to do with the blade but make sure that you get a little brush and see two to help you get out the silicone rubber because it needs to be washed. I will say either daily or weekly because it does have a lot of bacteria in germs.

Where the blade connects to cover and spins, started rusting, INSIDE THE DRINK. Not safe. When I compared to original NINJA, the NINJA had a rubber o-ring seal that this one does not have. Not only that, this thing NEVER sealed, or ran well with my blender. It was WAY louder, like there wasnt a good connection with the turning mechanism. Not buying ever again, threw this junk in the trash where it belongs.

Having utilized this product for the past week, I can confidently assert that it meets my exact requirements. The grinder efficiently grinds all types of materials, while the juicer effectively extracts the desired juice. This is my second purchase from this brand, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality and performance of both products.
