These are great. I replaced our halogen lights in our range hood that got burning hot (and used a lot more electricity, I'm guessing). These don't get hot and are totally efficient. Easy to install and clicked right into place, as I'd hoped. They are super bright and I am assuming will last a long time since they are LED. Great buy.

Clear, bright, uniform color temperature, perfect for kitchen lighting. Produces occasional flicker once or twice a day. Too early to tell how long they last. This is the fourth company I buy from; they say 25-50k hours, I'm lucky to have gotten 10k from the others. I guess we'll see how long these last, been a couple of months already.

We have 12 of these running in our kitchen and the first one finally wore out after about 5-6 years. That's a LOT better than the original halogens and these are very bright and at the perfect frequency for the kitchen. They are exact fit for the lamp inserts and have saved us a LOT of money over time. They are also very simple to install - simply insert into the two sockets and twist into place. They function exactly like the originals. I can definitely recommend these LED replacement lamps.

The color is perfect in my opinion. A pure white with great color rendition. No weird blue or orange cast. The cons? I have a 6 bulb fixture in 6 bathroom that requires a GU10. Very few options. Six of these in that space is so bright I can see the back of my own head. I'm worried about retinal damage. If you use these in a fixture 20' up on the ceiling, or you want that super bright retail window look then these are great. I'm going to have to return them because it's just too much light. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great price for the set. Edit: I covered these with ND grey lighting gel filters to achieve the right balance of bright and clean looking without blinding eye pain. Frustrating that there are so few power options for this base.

Work great at a great price. I use them in a curved track light bar in my kitchen at a tiny fraction of the wattage the old 50W halogen bulbs used. I don't like too bright white of a bulb, nor too orange, and this color temp is right in the middle. Bright enough white to see clearly yet not feel like I'm in a Walmart or a hospital, still "homey" & soft but not like I'm lighting my place with candles. Love 'em.

Bright and reliable replacement for the original lights in the fixture.

I'm extremely fickle when it comes to lighting. I strongly believe that lighting has a huge effect on mood and how places are perceived. I bought these bulbs for (one of) my wife's closet(s) because some archaic daylight T12 fluorescent bulbs were installed there and the light output was just dismal. I decided on these bulbs for a few reasons: brightness (650lm), color rendering index (CRI), and the color temperature (3500 Kelvin being bright white but not blue). These bulbs definitely met and exceeded my expectations. They have the right beam angle to fill the closet with light and, when aimed well, makes the clothing look like they're in a boutique. I couldn't be happier and nor could my wife.

Difficult to put in. I sometimes wonder if they actually have a design team before they design something as stupid as these lights.
