Sturdy and decorative
While traveling with my husband, I saw a few wind spinners such as this one and we were both fascinated! We stopped and inquired of the prices; we were floored! There was no way I was going to spend several hundreds of dollars on an outdoor ornament! So when I saw this Cyan Oasis Wind Spinners sculpture, I jumped on it!I easily assembled the pole. However, I had a hard time figuring out which blades to put on top and which to put on the bottom spinner this wind sculpture. My husband came to the rescue. He did a complete initial job and we noticed that some blades looked out of place. We ended up switching 2 blades from the bottom with two from the top and the sculpture looks better, like the blades are pointing in the right direction. One of the blades arrived dented, despite the good packaging. Each vane is attached with a single screw with no lock washer; that might cause issues down the road. Once assembled, the sculpture looks great and the spinners work smoothly. I look forward to decorating our yard with this beautiful and artsy sculpture come spring! It is reasonably priced and I like that the blades are hand-coated and fade resistant.Clear directions with dedicated/numbered blades for top and bottom would have been a great help and saved time!

Simply Mesmerizing!
The media could not be loaded. This wind spinner is even more beautiful and mesmerizing than in the ad for it. I love it and it really makes a zen statement in my yard. I could sit and watch it spin and spin and spin. It was packed REALLY WELL and it was relatively easy to put together. The instructions for Step 8 throw you off a little because the picture doesn't match the words, but the instructions ARE correct so just follow them and don't look at the Step 8 picture. :-) I highly recommend this wind spinner for your yard.

Only the top spins
The media could not be loaded. This spinner is *very* large, so it's good for viewing from a distance. Assembly was fairly easy, and everything fits as intended. The exposed screws are pretty ugly, but less noticeable if you're not viewing it close-up.When pushed into the ground, it's not all that stable, so it wobbles at the slightest provocation. This is more of an issue because a slight tilt seems to interfere with the spinning action.I included a video to show that the top spins okay in a slight breeze, but the bottom never really moves. Even as straight as I was able to make it stand, the bottom just...didn't move.Note that the housing for the ball bearings is open, so it's not going to be weather-proof. The package insert mentions a six-month warranty, so obviously it's not expected to last any longer than that. At the current price of $59.95, that's kind of absurd.

Good quality spinner that requires fairly strong wind to get going
This wind spinner looks great when it gets spinning--the alternating blue and copper sides are really attractive and the upper and lower blades spin in opposite directions, which makes it look even more cool. The multi-section pole is sturdy and holds the blades at a height that is easy to see out the window and across the yard. However, a couple of drawbacks exist. First, this is not as efficient as a normal pinwheel spinner and it needs stronger wind to get it going. While my pinwheel is spinning away this upright spinner is often at rest until the wind picks up. Second, while it is easy to assemble, each blade needs to be installed individually with its own screw, which is a bit tedious considering there are 12 of them.Overall, I am pleased with this despite these relatively minor issues.

Bigger than it looked!
The media could not be loaded. This is a nice big size, easily seen from the street. Comes with a small screwdriver and wrench for assembly, instructions were good, but it did take about 30 minutes to assemble.Colors are pretty and as you can see, we got it up on a windy day and it took right off spinning away. Very happy with it!
