It seems well made enough but the hose is too short and the cuff too long.The cuff is so long that unless your arms look like a body builder's you can wrap it around your arm twice with some left over. Once around your arm isn't enough to get the Velcro lined up. Puting the cuff on can be a challenge. Just for clarification I have average sized adult arms.The hose I could probably live with even though it is a bit inconvenient.I will not be buying this again nor would I recommend it for anyone with average sized adult arms. If you look like Arnold Schwarzenegger though this might be right up your alley.

Needed a larger cuff than what came with my Omron, model BP7100. Took me a minute to get the plug out of the tube but finally found the right tip. Came with instructions on how to find the correct tip and how to place the cuff properly on your arm. Blood pressure was higher than I was expecting so will confirm the accuracy when I get into the doctor's office next month. Overall for the price point, this is a good buy.

Perfect addition to my blood pressure machine. As a healthcare worker, I have my own blood pressure machine that I use on patients and I wanted to invest in a larger blood pressure cuff so that I can accommodate all. This blood pressure cuff was easily compatible with my machine, and was easy to use on patients. So far, the readings seem to be accurate and the quality is good. Overall, great item to have.

What an absolute better experience with this blood pressure cuff! My readings at home were always higher than my readings in the doctor's office. I had begun to wonder if it was because my cuff at home was too small. Recently I tried to take my husband's blood pressure and realized how small the cuff actually was. I ordered this one hoping that with eight attachments one would fit my very old CVS machine. In the pictures you can see my old cuff side by side with this one.And how much of a difference there really is in size. I swapped out the joint for the one that closely matched the one on my current cuff, plugged it into my machine and it read easily. Not only did it fit into the machine perfectly, the blood pressure reading I got was much closer to what I get in the doctor's office. So I believe it's much more accurate and reliable. If that wasn't good enough, having a larger cuff meant it didn't do the double inflate. You almost don't even have to worry about if any of the eight included joints will fit, you can just take the joint from your current hose and put it into the new hose as the hose itself seems to be a pre standard size.

This replacement blood pressure cuff is extra large but can be fitted to smaller arms. It comes with different connectors to adapt to different brands of monitors. It works well.
