A Cold's Worst Nightmare!
I work with infants and toddlers whose immune systems are still growing and learning how to fight off yucky germs. I've been taking these for a few months now, wiping noses, and getting snotty snuggles. I haven't been sick at all!(I will say the capsules are made out of gelatin, though. Since I don't consume gelatin I just pierce the capsules with my teeth, squeeze out the oil to ingest it, and throw the capsules away. Works just as good!)

I predominantly eat clean but I did experience more acne than usual. My cravings went away but I definitely needed a pre & probiotic while using it. There’s no taste but you can smell the potency through the bag.
