We were preparing for a cruise. Cruises are really the type of travels we usually do and so there were some uncertainties about how best to get our clothes cleaned so we could pack lighter for more days. The boat had service, but I was my clothes in cold and hang dry most things to prevent shrinking. So, when I found this and after watching the reviews I decided to buy it even though the cost was a little higher than I would have liked.When I received it I was happy to find that while the washer is light, it is made of a durable material and turned out to be a handy device. We used this to wash our extra swim wear and the pieces of clothing that I didn't want sent to laundry service. We also camp for 5+ days and this will come in handy to clean key pieces of clothes. It is so light weight that I would include it in a backpack for a multi-day backpack trip. I paired it with laundry sheets (no need for liquid) and it even impressed my skeptical husband.

The scrubba does a good job of cleaning very dusty dirty clothes. Three loads filled my entire drying rack. This is a great option for maintaining laundry between trips to the laundromat and for being on the road. The valve does leak water but it was fine to work with in the shower bed.

I recently took this bag with me to Morocco for a 2 week trip. I wanted to pack lightly since I knew I would be moving around the country almost everyday. I ended up taking a small carry on with this included. This bag was great! So easy to use, and really cleaned clothing well. Everyone else in my group used it as well and were so impressed by how easy and well it worked. It was so helpful for us to wash our clothes after we got stranded after an earthquake in a place with no power. I will be taking this with me on all future vacations, no matter where.

An excellent product for hand washing (I even use it at home and not only when I travel) put soap or detergent and then water and massage for 5 minutes and according to the instructions. I would say that within 10 minutes maximum the entire operation of washing is finished and it comes out really good and clean. I used it on a trip abroad and it saved me money from doing laundry there

Does what it says, but I found it easier just to wash stuff in the sink anyway, especially if washing more than one load of clothes. This was kind of a pain the behind to use.

Recently completed a 2 week trip. I brought the Scrubba along and was mocked by the family. At the end of the trip everyone was “Scrubbing” something. Honestly this worked great as long as you have a drying plan. I could have packed 50% less clothes. Our sulfur smelling bathing suits smelled fresh after one “Scrubba”. All you need is water and a scrubbing song to sing along while you clean.

I haven’t used it yet in the field but first impressions are good. Very light. It will allow for way lighter packing of clothes for my long off grid camping trips. Seems like it might be able to double as a water proofing bag. Location of the vent limits its ability to be used as a dry compression sack though. That said, packs up nice. Cuts my clothing needs in half. I do think it’s a little pricey for what you get. Especially as I am a little concerned about the seams in spots holding up to repeated use.
