I have been looking for something like this for a long time. Perfectly holds my hair, no issues with slippage. I have thick curly hair. Immediately put this in my hair with it dry and there was no issues, later I tried it with wet hair and still no issues. Great look and value, no issues with opening and clasping it. Love how it looks and no more hair bands for pulling my hair back. Will definitely buy more. love the look too!

My hair is on the thicker side and I have a lot of them. Also, when I’m working, I cannot stand any loose hair and have to tie it tightly.I normally use scrunchies but I need something more presentable that doesn’t look like I cut waist bands off my panties and put them in my hair during Zoom calls and at work. Or in general, everywhere.These barettes are good workhorses for my thick hair and strict personality. They hold perfectly. They are also very versatile, I can use them anywhere except a black-tie event or something.It’s the opposite of flimsy, I am abusing them and they are doing great. It’s a very easy solution for my daily hair problems and they are nice-looking, too.I would not suggest this size for thin hair, though. If you have thinner hair that you have to roll a scrunchie four times to make a pony tail, the same brand has smaller ones. I also bought those and use them to wear my hair half up half down. Even though these hold well in my half up hair, I want to feel the squeeze of the thing in my hair, so I opt for the smaller ones.

Nicely made and are pretty colors. But, my hair is fine and thin and it won't stay in my hair. It just slides out.

I wish I found these decades ago! I've tried these type of clips for YEARS and they never fit my thick hair. These are PERFECT! AMAZING! The close with so much ease! They don't have that little metal piece that all clips like this have so I know that's why they hold my hair. They don't slide off. They don't pull my hair. I wore it all day and never had to adjust it. They are a cute design and I will definitely buy again because I'm sure I'll misplace them.

The barrettes are lovely and appear to be well made. However, the gap between the barrette body and the clasp is rather large, so it does not grip my hair at all. Bummer. I like the design and colors but will not be able to use.

Great barrettes for medium to thick hair. They hold very well and are stylish.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product you need a lot of hair for. I mean a lot. I tried to pin my hair back like the model in this picture. The barrette slid straight down the back of my head. They are very pretty though I really enjoy them I just have to practically use all of my hair to hold them there. Although I did find a workaround I put my hair and a skinny ponytail and then put the bread on top of it
