Arrived defective and resolution unsatisfactory
The product arrived with a defective display. Amazon instructed me to reorder the item since it took so long to arrive in the first place. Amazon promised a full refund but then the merchant sent an email stating that it would only give a $500 refund and I could keep the item or ship it back for a full refund provided that it arrived undefective. But it arrived to me defective so obviously it is going to arrive back defective.
