Permanent outdoor lights.
Cool outdoor lights that has an app control. Multiple color types and DIY options. Way more easy to setup then traditional lights no clips needed although this one does come with it you can screw them in or use the adhesive that comes under each light. I opted for the tape since I had to put these right under my gutters so screwing them in was not an option. So far it's been a week and the tape is holding up. it is 3m tape. Love the color options since you leave them up all year you can use them for multiple different holidays. Works with alexa and Google home. 100ft came with it which was enough to cover one whole side and front plus half off the other side for my sized house which is plenty you can also connect more if needed.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME
Of course I was hesitant to purchase, however I am SO GLAD I did!!! easy install and the quality to fantastic. You can use the remote with it, but I suggest you download the free app. The app gives you a great deal of options as well as creating your own designs, colors, flash patterns, brightness.... I however wish I could get a response from seller about any splicing attachment so I can run a line to my second story doll house windows / attic. I want to run another line so the patterns will be a part of the main strand instead of having to install another system for a small area.

Good colors, suspect adhesive, OK app
Finally got these installed for the holiday season and I've got some general thoughts. First, it's absolutely amazing to think I may never have to get up on a ladder again to put lights up. Nothing is truly "permanent" of course, but I can absolutely see leaving these up for several years. They're small and generally invisible when off so long as you have white trim. Install was fairly simple, though the adhesive backing on a few wanted to let go pretty immediately... time will tell if it's going to hold or not. There are screws included and of course there are other ways to make sure they don't fall. The colors are bright and varied, though I highly doubt it's 16 million or whatever they claim.. I'd guess around 128 truly unique colors... still a wide enough pallet when it comes to lights. There does NOT seem to be any "warm" white light though... just a heads up. As somebody else pointed out, you'll want to keep the controller box out of the rain; it does seem odd to not make that weather tight. I ended up splicing in some extra wiring to extend my set in a few different spots, and that worked out fine... I did the same to bring the controller box under cover. The app is definitely the most frustrating thing about this. It connects fine and everything is clear, and there are a ton of different effects... unfortunately they're all laid behind terrible UI. Sometimes a list or a simple box to type a number in would be nice... but no, it's all fancy sliders that are nigh-impossible to dial in to exactly what you want. I thought this would just be a TUYA compatible set, but it is NOT, so if you're hoping to put this on your TUYA app, think again. Anyway, for the cost, it's a good set. Time will tell on the longevity, but I'm hopeful for several years.

Bright, Colorful and Fantastic
The media could not be loaded. This is a really nice outdoor RGB IC lighting kit that will make your home stand out in the neighborhood for the holidays and can even provide a more subdued atmosphere just about any other day of the year. This is a 24 Volt lighting system, which means it is designed to reach long lengths without unwanted dimming of the light string. It also uses 5Volt logic for the proprietary controller, reducing or completely eliminating any false triggers to the lighting strip. The 3-conductor flat cable seems to be of good quality and has waterproof screw-together connectors at each end. There are four 25-foot cables which is enough to cover about the front of a typical suburban home as you see in my video (I only have two 25-foot strings up for the moment). Each of the pixel bodies also has double-stick tape pre-affixed on the back of the pixel simplifying the installation. You stick the lights up, then you attach the pixel body to the structure more permanently using the hardware screws and cable clips. The lighting body or LED "Pixels" which contains the RGB LEDs is fully potted and is encased in a housing that has screw tabs and a lensed window. The lens causes the LED pixel to cast a conical shaped light, so if you want that effect, you have it readily available. I prefer a more diffused look, so I mounted mine under the eaves in such a way as to be bounced off the eaves, though you can still see the lensed light circles being cast in some instances under certain lighting modes in the video. The lights can be controlled by using the buttons on the controller itself or by using the app which offers more control and lighting effects. The app feature set and the app itself aren't the greatest, but still offer a satisfying array of effects and control over your lights.24 Volt RGB systems are the latest and greatest consumer-grade tech for RGB lighting out there now, and this kit I think does it well. Regardless, I wanted more control so I tried to decode the light strip protocol so that I might be able to control it using WLED or other more capable controller, but sadly I was not able to decode the lighting protocol of these LED lights despite a dedicated effort to do so. It is quite possible that they are using some proprietary tech. I reached out the vendor about a week ago to inquire about the tech in use but have not received a response as of yet.The kit comes with a generous amount of screws and clips for the installation and everything you need to get it up and running in no time. I am a very happy customer so far.

Lights are great and easy to set up
The lights are awesome and are easy to set up although there are no instructions in the provided manual. It has an app for you to download but I think it sucks. There is no instructions on how to change or customize your lights or the sequences. It seems you can’t have one color and the sequence effects at the same time. Maybe I just need to test it more. I would purchase again just wish the app was better

The control box is not weatherproof
Spent 3 separate days & 28 hours screwing in 294ft of lights to the house. The plug and small control box were outside and the control box was exposed to rain for 10 minutes and 6 resistors in the box blew out and the lights all stopped working. Just be prepared to either drill through your home and keep the control box indoors, or waterproof the control box somehow if you intend to buy these lights.
