Very versatile!
In a home gym, you need to get as much use as possible out of each piece of equipment. This rope has multiple uses and was very affordable! Tough too. Definitely worth it.

Very useful, durable
Just purchased to expand use of my kettlebells. They work well. I only use them to do curls and rows with kettlebells, but I still consider these a great value.

Great fitness accessory
I wasn’t sure if this was real because I was getting Instagram ads but I gave it a shot, abs it’s real lol. This rope is great as an accessory to my workouts. I only have a pair of bow flex adjustable dumbbells so this rope works great as a ez curl bar or row bar

Bought this to add a little diversity to my kettlebell workout. Specifically so I could do curls. It’s great for that. Put a heavy KB on there and start doing curls and you will definitely get a nice workout
