LAUDE PULSE S800 5" qHD MTK6582 Quad Core Android 4.4.2 3G Phone 8MP CAM 1GB RAM 8GB ROM WiFi Display (Black)

I bought two of these phones one for my daughter and one for a friend, we actually wanted the laude may but there was only one more left in stock at the time, now im not so unhappy that I chose this phone because we really wanted the gesture feature to answer calls and take pictures without touching the phone but this one has a even better feature (even though the sellers said it had the same as the laude may :\ ) when the phone is on sleep mode you can draw certain letters on the screen and activate certain things on the phone instantly, for example, if you swipe down the phone unlocks swipe up to open camera, draw a "C' to start calling (brings up the keypad to dial) 'V' to record videos 'm' to play music, my daughter says once her headphone is in and she makes the m on the sleep screen her music starts to play. there are other letters for other things but these are the main ones I remember, I think that this is a pretty cool feature, the only reason I gave this phone four stars is because 1. we cant seem to find cases for them (pretty ones) they are extremely hard to get I found some online on a china site and those are pretty basic just plain colours 2. my daughter said the phone started calling the wrong person even though she is sure she selected the right number, and 3, my friend said the battery will reach like 45 % and just drop to 7% ( my daughter have never experienced this issue on her phone though even though its the same type of phone) So its gonna be up to you to take the chance and buy it , I still think its a great phone for the price. I am thinking to get one for myself im just waiting to see if there are any other issues. Oh and I almost forget to mention the sound quality is pretty loud, the colours on the screen are perfect and the pictures are extremely clean and clear.

I bought this phone for a European vacation. One of my children is doing a term abroad, had a phone stolen, and I used this phone phone while there, and then gave it to my child. I thought it was great value for money, good sound quality, fast enough for my needs, and had a reasonable camera. However, my kid is very hard on phones, and managed to destroy it in a week, suggesting that the build quality was not great. The upshot, the phone has a great feature set for its price, but it is fairly fragile.

I bought a Laude 500 cell phone for my sister who lives in Vancouver. After switching the SIM card from her old phone, she saw a message saying that roaming charges apply to her calls, this included those in the local area code. When the SIM card was put back into her old phone it worked fine. I wonder if the phone still thinks it is in China, and all calls to Canada numbers (and we tried U.S. numbers too, with the same message) are regarded as long distance calls.Did anyone encounter that problem when start using the Laude? I suspect there is a change needed in the phone setting.

this phone is very good

This is NOT a Dual SIM phone. It has only two slots - one for the SIM and one for the Micro SD Card. The only reason I didn't send it back is because I urgently needed a phone to use and could not wait until I got a replacement.

I'm really disappointed with the team, the RAM is 0.89gb despite happened downloads to SD memory always full and applications are stopped , it gets slow, but you can access them so there who continually install uninstall . Good camera, new functions but I really do not recommend it, I've done great with Voyager2 Doogee Dg310 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MVQY3D6/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0 , despite having a lower chamber pixel is cheaper and excellent performance.

It a really good phone, more than what you would expect from this price range, the only issue so far is that the LED light is not very powerful, so it's not very good to take pictures at night, aside from that, i really recomend it.

Very y nice smartphone, I recommend it...!
