This is peak hydration stuff. I've been playing pickleball pretty consistently and thought alkaline water was a more than sufficient hydration. I was very wrong. As the heat picked up and I finally made my way home, the cramping kicked in overtime. I was discussing this one day at the courts and a friend pulled one of these out of his bag and told me to add this to my water. I did. This stuff is great. No other words for it. No more cramping. There are different flavors to choose from and the flavors aren't all that bad at all. I don't leave the house without an envelope in all my water and some extra ones for someone else just in case. Good stuff.

I do carnavor. With this... no leg cramps and my hydration levels stay topped off. Addicted !

Why did you pick this product vs others?:tastes great but unfortunately I didn’t notice it had B12 in it. I was looking for something with just minerals, not vitamins (like gaterade but healthier). I already take multivitamins and b12 can cause insomnia if taken in the afternoon especially.

I really like this product. I tend to not drink enough water and the electrolytes help prevent cramping, I like all the flavors, it's not too sweet and they all have good flavor.

Great flavor and has all of the ingredients I am looking for to keep me hydrated. Great product, Sports Research!

Product seems okay. Packaging is terrible though. Opening the sticks is always a challenge, and I have regular, real human, active length fingernails (not long fake nails or no nails at all - either of which may pose an extra challenge with these already difficult to open sticks). Here's a pic of one that ripped down the seam when opened. At least half of the product fell out, making a powdery mess.

The taste is amazing, well worth the price.

The flavor is too sweet for my liking, so I add some lemon for a bit of tartness. Also, I need to use 2 scoops for 32oz of water, whereas I can use 1 packet of body armor to 32oz, and the body armor has a saltier taste.The hydration feeling isn't as great as the Body Armor flash iv powder. This brand has pretty much the same ingredients, which is good.I might try this brand again though in the lemon lime.
