Q: The product description says "Bundle Deal." What is in this "bundle" besides the coffee?

I got a box,and sticker,and coffee. Lol they have or had a bundle of this type and the Valhalla Java.

Q: If it's fair trade, why doesn't it say so on my bag? There's usually a "certified fair trade" seal

The seal is on the side of the bag.

Q: Can this be used for Espresso?

Our ground coffee is a bit too coarsely ground for espresso but our whole bean works great if you grind it yourself!

Q: Is there some sort of energy thing added to the coffee ? Or is it just plain coffee? Kind of scared by how people say their too hyper .

it's a very dark roasted coffee, there is nothing extra added to it. If you are not use to or do not enjoy dark roasts this is probably not the coffee for you. But this is a very good coffee if you like dark coffee, nice smooth roast, dark bold flavor.
