if they worked properly
they would be great. i tried to use 5 on a 2.5"X72"X10" piece of cedar and the sucker wouldn't hold up a 32lb piece of wood. not happy

Great idea but these are sooo heavy
Great idea but these are sooo heavy. Also so big that any wood that fits on them is also super heavy. I wouldn’t use anywhere indoors. Maybe in a barn or outdoors in a 4x4 cemented in the ground.

Stick with welded brackets
Do not buy unless you want a diving board for a shelf.. I've installed many floating shelves but usually with welded brackets.. at this price point I figured give em a shot. Wrong. The folded over wall clip just bounces up and down once shelf is attached.. it twist where screws attach it to wall due to thin steel.

Terrible.... lots of problems.
Terrible!The brackets were all loose. The metal bar was completely off 5 of the brackets. 70% of the set screws fell out upon opening. Many brackets had bent metal that kept them from being used until I out them in a vise and fix them. No anchors/screws provided.

Set screw unadjustable due to threaded hole being slightly wrong size
The adjustment feature on these brackets were damaged during manufacturing. The threaded hole which accepts set screw was to big, this did not allow set screw to adjust leveling.
