long overdue
Love this sauna... perfect addition to my meditation room. Single 40yo female with a second floor condo. Was able to bring it in and assemble it myself (opened box at base of steps first)... wildy easy to put together. Was concerned it was shorter than I expected, still enough space for my 5'9" figure. The complaints about heat level are directly in relation to the fact you HAVE to set the timer along with the power on in order for it to heat up during that time. The default is luke warm.My only complaint is you cannot change temperature setting from Celsius to Fahrenheit for us Americans.

Don’t buy this!
First, make sure that you identify the size of the unit being reviewed as you look at the reviews. Since I was at the site for the 2 to 4 person sauna, I assumed that the reviews were all for that unit. They are not. I’ve only been able to find two reviews on that unit mine plus one other. Unfortunately, the other one did not post until I had already purchased mine. It is also a negative review.I have been working with the manufacturer for over a month trying to make this work. Here are the issues. First, it will not get above 160°. They advertise it as one that heats quicker than the competitors and as being more roomy. Neither claim is true. At one hour it barely hits 160°.They also advertise it as a 2 to 4 person sauna. It is a 1 to 2 person sauna in my opinion. The total bench length is 43 inches. Only 30 inches is unobstructed by the heater. This is definitely not a 3 or 4 person unit.I have suggested numerous potential fixes to the heating issue. They supplied a 15 amp, 3.5 kw heating unit. A friend of mine has a 4 to 6 person spa from a different manufacturer and his heater is 40 A. The 3 to 4 person unit by the manufacturer that my friend purchased from uses a 30 amp. This unit is definitely underpowered. When I suggested that the supplier substitute a more powerful 4.5 kw unit from the same heater manufacturer and I gave them the price, they only offered to send me less than half of what it would cost. I did this after speaking to a representative from the manufacturer of the heater. Also, when you order directly from the manufacturer, the normal Amazon return policy does not apply. I did not know that. This group charges a 20% restocking fee along with the purchaser paying the shipping. I have made multiple requests for directions on repacking the unit as they require that it go back into the original packaging. (It’s not as simple as putting an item back into a box. There were multiple layers, packed very tightly). If you don’t get it in the same way, it came out, it’s likely that you won’t be able to get the lid back on. They have never provided me these instructions.I’m currently working with Amazon and waiting required amount of time so that I can make an A-to-Z claim. An A-Z claim was made. So far, I have unfortunately not been satisfied with the Amazon A-to-Z claim process either. They want me to ship it back for the refund; however, the shipping cost is more than the unit. Without a discount or an account, the shipping cost being quoted to me is $4,500. Amazon says that they will refund the shipping to me verbally, but I’m suspicious that I won’t get paid back. The shipping address Amazon gave me is to “Nikki” at a Texas address, which is different than the address that the supplier is giving me. No one at Amazon seems to be able to tell me if this address is supplied by the sauna supplier or if it is an Amazon location. It doesn’t seem like an Amazon location. If I were to ship it at my cost, I would be out over $7,500 on a product that isn’t working. I’m not currently willing to take that risk and I can’t get a C. O. D. label from the supplier or from Amazon. It seems that this seller is using the Amazon platform to sell a subpar item with lots of promises and then making the return so costly that it doesn’t make sense to return it. The seller says they will refund the purchase, but they won’t pay for the shipping, even when the item is not performing properly. The shipping cost is so high that it doesn’t make sense to ship it back, even for a full refund.Unfortunately, Amazon is letting the seller give them a bad name. Unless something changes, I will never purchase directly from a seller again through Amazon.

Better than I was expecting
This sauna deserves a good review, it’s better than I was expecting, the only thing that I would change in the description to avoid returns is:1) the maximum that it can go is about 65/70 farenhint2) it needs some kind of platform to keep it floating from the floor to be able to remove the water from the bottom ( the excess of the water that you throw on the steamer ) or a drainBesides that the best

LOVE IT!!!
We purchased the mini one person, it is small, but definitely fits one average size person. It gets hot, really really really fast! It was easy to put together, everything just locks into place. Canadian Hemlock doesn’t have that classic sauna scent to it, but there are some amazing products that you can wipe the wood down with to kinda give it that aroma that you’re looking for. We are very pleased. It took just a few days for them to ship it and FedEx delivered it within 48 hours coming out of GEORGIA.

Nice for the money.
Arrived much faster than promised. Packaging was very good.Assembly is a little finicky and instructions are weak. If you are not good at assembling things be careful. It goes together like Legos with no screws or glue. The fit can be very night so it requires gentle persuasion. Once it's together you can't really move it easily because gravity is holding it together. The good side is that if you move you can easily disassemble. The build quality is generally good and it's attractive. One negative is that the top is unfinished and ugly. Would be nicer if they put come wood panels on top. After about 25 minutes it gets to about 120 degrees. Not sure how much hotter it will get.I had one of those foldable saunas with the folding chair. This is much more comfortable and beautiful in comparison.

False advertisement not safe! Fire hazard
The sauna I received is not compatible with the specifications outlined in the manual, on the heater, or on the sauna's sticker, which all indicate it should be 220V. Instead, it operates on standard 110V and struggles to heat beyond 121 degrees, taking four hours to reach that temperature. After thoroughly reviewing the provided documentation and having my job site electrician inspect the unit, it was confirmed that the 220V heater and appropriate wiring system were not included. Additionally, the craftsmanship is subpar, but the most concerning issue is the misleading product advertisement. This isn’t safe or legal to use in U.S.A seller won't accept & pay for return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
