They work as advertised
They work well and all of the hair guards fit well. They are already set to cut so no need to find tune unless someone wanted to anyway. The price was great and I can use them just like a professional. The noise level is normal with very Comfortable minimal snag.

Nice quality at a decent price!
I’ve had these clippers for exactly one haircut and I was pleased! Motor and general construction is solid; switches and blades are nice and tight and the motor seems strong. Gave a nice haircut with very few flyaways (or “un-clipable” hairs) which my previous beard clipper was renowned for. Big improvement. The little pop up trim tool feels a bit chintzy and wouldn’t cut hair until I lubricated and exercised the action a bit; now it works and is nice but I don’t count on it working for very long. The rest of the kit and clippers are very nice and expect to last me for several years.

Solid clipper set
With the cost of haircuts, even simple ones, going up so much I decided to invest in a set of clippers to trim my hair and I could not be happier with the result. The clippers themselves have a nice in-hand feeling, are durable, and are incredibly reliable. I’ve never had any blade seizures, regardless of how much I’m trimming off. The blade guards are perfectly sized and snap right into place, allowing you to get whatever type of shave you need for either hair length or location (with the specialized L & R ear guards).

Easy to use, solidly built, no problems so far.
My first set of clippers. I've only had them for a couple of months (three cuts and a couple of touch-ups so far), but I've been really satisfied. I probably won't remember to come back and update re: longevity unless they break before they totally pay for themselves (prior to buying, I tended to get a haircut, ~$20, every two months, but I'm cutting more frequently now that I'm doing it myself, so they'll "truly" pay for themselves in December or so), but so far, they've worked really well. I use them to cut my own hair, and they're really easy to use. I imagine they'd be even easier to use on someone else.Appreciated the variety of tools they came with- oil and a small brush for maintenance, scissors, the built-in trimmer, lots of guard sizes. Wish a longer guard was more common, because I prefer the top a little longer and absolutely do not trust myself to scissor cut it myself, but the kit comes with all the standard sizes. The only thing I worry about a little is that if you take a long time on the cut, the motor gets REALLY hot. Not sure if that's a common issue with all kinds of clippers or unique to these, but I just take a short break if it seems to be overheating and it hasn't been a problem.

Mainly an unboxing and accessory review
This is basically an unboxing review. I have a couple things to relate before I forget. Sorry for the length but, I like to be thorough and put in every thing I would like to see reported before I buy a product. First, gneralities; As can be seen, I am giving it a 3* rating. This is w/out having actually used the cutters yet and as such is mostly focused on the accessories. But, the cutter is a "Wahl" and I have hopeful expectations, based on experience with their products and this particular model's excellent rating history. But, the cutter it is replacing too is a "Wahl" and I would NOT recommend it. It's a cheap set from Walmart and frankly, it's a junker. It's still running but pinches, stalls and pulls hair, Vibrates much and is noisy and cannot be adjusted to work otherwise. You get what you pay for no matter the brand name.We have three (teenage & +) boys with thick heads... of hair that is. (;^}) And when haircuts come due again, (probably 2-3 weeks) I'll give a product use report. My wife and I do the barbering for them and they are generally happy with the results. This model seems to be a good middle of the road choice between cost & quality. This new set; The plastic storage box that it came in (packaged w/in a thin pasteboard box) is thin and flimsy. It is separated at what should be the hinged end and those factors make the case difficult to close making it awkward to handle and it has a tendency to just come open w/out notice. There is no evidence that this might be a returned product as sometimes is seen reported in some product reviews. But, I didn't buy it for the box. I'll stuff the whole mess in another box of some sort if it becomes a problem. The kit came with the usual clipper guides, guards, oil bottle and cleaning brush, scissors and comb as is typical with most hair cutting sets. They aren't great, I'd just say no better or worse than you would expect from any other low to mid-range set. Most of the guards are plain black other than two colored specialty guards. The hair cutter comes with a fold over detail trimmer that is one of the features which drew me to this product. It folds over and latches into place well enough but the plastic it is mostly constructed from is thin, the whole assembly seems rather flimsy and does not inspire confidence but, we'll see. The included scissors would probably be better used for home crafts than hair cutting. But I don't use scissors much in cutting hair so again, nothing I can't live with. The plastic guard to protect the blades fits loosely and will just slide right off either end if it is not held in place while handling. That about sums it up. Not inspiring. I just hope "Wahl" put the money saved on the cheap, chintzy accessories and put it into the cutters themselves. This one is a bit heftier and has a bit more power than the ones it is replacing so I have some hope for it. Again, we'll see. I WILL come back with a cutter report as soon as I've used it.

Great
Came with everything in the description, the case was intact , and the clippers were not in used condition. This clipper has very good value for the amount it costs. Yes the trimmer is a bit weak but i think its slightly better than the clipper no gaurd closed, either way ima depend on razor skills to do a crisp line up. A clipper is a tool/instrument. Sometimes like when you buy a new guitar you have to make adjustments for it to sound right right, when fresh off the factory line. Its not that it sucks, you just dont know it that well, if you turn the clipper on and the blades arent moving , there might be too much tension with the blade and gaurd, (also if the tension is too loose it will pull hair so that is a soultion for that as well,) if its too loud adjust the power screw, if the blade is crooked too high or low, just unscrew it and allign it, and you should be good. Lot of helpful videos on youtube, learn all you can about clippers before you go searching up haircut tutorials on youtube. You dont return a guitar because its out of tune. I hope this helps anybody and that you get that look you want to achieve.
