Should be a beverage heater
Ordered a new unit, it was delivered on its side, but no markings on packaging to say otherwise. Waited 12 days before plugging it in and started at 68 degrees. After 6 hours of running, the temperature went to 74 degrees. The unit has never cooled, compressor has not turned on, just the two fans.After sending an email to the seller on 10/19, I have not had a response. Amazon has not told me how to ship this back and still have no idea where to ship it to. Very frustrated with the absence of customer service from seller and Amazon at this point.

Would be great if it worked and wasn't damaged! Buyer beware!
The fridge would be great if it worked when it arrived! It was also damaged/ look like it had dropped on it's side but that was probably during shipment.There was no indication that the fridge was or wasn't charged already, and there was no indication in the manual/online of what kind of coolant we needed. We followed everything according to the manual, and tried reaching out to the business with no response. We ended up paying out of pocket to have a service tech come in and repair the fridge. He said it wasn't even charged in the first place and there was no way to charge with without accessing through a back way.Now that our service tech got the fridge working - it's functioning pretty well!

Never produced cold air.
This fridge is a scam. It does not produce cold air and when you reach out for support you get the run around day after day after day. I sent them videos and pictures of the issues. I asked for help for over 2 weeks and I keep getting asked to be more patient. The promised to reach our to help me 6 times and never once got back to me. This seller closed 6 different help tickets without ever responding to one of them.Do not buy this item. Seller has no customer service.

Did not hold temp
The fridge looks beautiful in upon installing it we thought it would be fantastic!Unfortunately it kept fluctuating temperature from 38 to 76. We ended up having to throw a bunch of food away and I had to return this as I run a restaurant and it was not good for my business.
