Some Babies Are Wild (Wildlife Picture Books)

Great book. We collect books with real photos and a good story which are kind of scarce. This was a very cute book(short and sweet)and had great photos. I liked another book by this same team of author and photographer called "Baby Bear Discovers the World." I also recommend "Baby Porcupine" by Aubrey Lang and Wayne Lynch (they have many books like this)! We also like the "Lost in the Woods" series by Carl R Sams II and Jean Stoick.

This book is breathtaking. Period.One detail I will comment on is the fact that the name of the animal in each photo is in small print in the lower right corner of each page. I really like that feature. Also, there are incredible facts about some of the wildlife in the back of the book along with thumbnail images. I think this book would make an AMAZING gift to moms and dads who's little ones like wildlife, too.Shelly Lyons, Taylor, MI

This book is so cute! I love it! The story is wonderful and the pictures are amazing! I would definitely encourage buying this book for your child. And...the price was terrific. I've seen it up to $20.00 at other places.This will be a book they'll remember:)
