I’m so glad I purchased the Ultimate Probiotic Yogurt Maker! It’s simple to use and produced perfect, creamy yogurt overnight. I love that it comes with eight individual 6-ounce glass jars, which makes it easy to portion out servings for my family. The option to buy two larger containers is also a great bonus, and I’ll probably add those to my setup soon. I ran it for 14 hours at 110°F without pre-boiling the milk (as I’ve always done when using my bread maker for yogurt), and it turned out fantastic. I did check the water temperature while it was running and found it to be about 3° under, but that’s easy to adjust next time—I’ll just set it to 113°F. I have made two batches that both came out great. Easy to use. First batch I let brew for 15 hours using the starter, and it was tasty but a bit runny. The second, I put some of the first batch in and no starter and let it brew for 20 hours, and it was tasty and solid. Perfect. Just follow directions, and it works great. Highly recommend.

It is a simple machine. Easy to use and clean. It comes with 8 jars (180 ml each). You can adjust the time and the temperature. We are happy so far.

Love it. Light in weight, easy to use and I use it practically everyday and have no issues with it. For my counter space it doesn’t take up too much room but it can be easily stored away if need be. The jars it comes with are also very nice quality. Good size and glass.

You can choose your own starter to make the best type of yogurt for your own body. This is a very modest investment for yourself or your family with maximum health benefit returns. This yogurt maker seems to work fairly well—the temperature varies only a couple of degrees from the temp it is set at. I am using it for Dr. William Davis’s yogurt protocol and it seems to fit the ticket. His recipe is difficult to make consistently but this yogurt maker helps! Easy to use—easy to keep clean. Only wish the small jars were straight instead of curved so it would be easier to clean.
