Great value, great texture
Simply wonderful.Great noodles. They cook quickly and are convenient. I use them in stir fry dishes but they would be great in soups as well.Just reordered.

Good quality noodles and flexible for soups and stir-fry
I like making Pho and Pad Thai from scratch. These rice noodles work well in soups and stir-fry type dishes. Rice noodles don't have taste rather provide texture. These noodles can be chewy for stir-fry yet soft for Pho.

They hold up
These hold up. They don't fall apart like other noodles and they're not super slimy like others- and I like how wide they are. I made a Thai stir fry with these noodles three times for dinner and it was GREAT! Still have about half a package of noodles left so this will be feed many meals. Good chewy texture. I'm excited I found something to replace getting Thai take out!
