High-Quality Fast Secure SSD Drive, You Get What You Paid For
I bought the 2TB version because they were all out of the 1TB version, and this is a fantastic product. It was way smaller than I expected, which is a good thing. It comes in its own small plastic case, as well as an small extension thing if you wish to put it on the back of your phone. It is an extremely secure connection when plugging into anything, its not loose whatsoever. It also comes with a few extra labels. As of functionality, it works extremely well. I was able to record Apple ProRes Log footage directly from my iPhone to the SSD, and there was absolutely no delay. When recording in 4k 25fps, it had around 9 hours of straight recording time. When transferring files from the drive to the computer, it also worked just fine, and with the fast speed they advertised. The design is really nice, with some ridges to grip when you pull it out. Its extremely easy to use, and I recommend watching a tutorial online if you feel unsure. The actual quality of the material is nice, and it comes with a rubber-like material around the whole thing to protect it from damage. Overall you get exactly what you paid for.

Give it a try
I read a lot of reviews saying that the power delivery on the hub doesn’t work so naturally I was skeptical but I bit the bullet and tried anyway. First off this thing is tiny, which is great. It literally was recognized by my phone and my pro camera app as soon as I plugged it in, so it’s really easy to use. Now as it relates to charging, you cannot use a slow speed charger with this, it will not work(which is what think happened to those who are saying the hub isn’t working). So get a high speed charging cable and you’ll be fine. Also comes with a cold shoe mount thing with allows for cleanly attaching to the cage. If you have a cage like I do you can’t attach the ssd directly to the phone as it simply not long enough on its own to reach the port(unless you use like additional usb-c to usb-c adapters). All in all a clean solution. Give it a try.

Pricey and Hard to Use
Very expensive and difficult to install on my phone (particularly since I used a cage and handle setup). I wound up not being able to get it to work and returned it.

Didn’t work as expected
I was very excited about this add on storage,as I’m taking two big trips this year. It arrived yesterday and I returned it today. Plugged it in and the only thing that happened was that it got pretty warm. I was concerned with that given that nothing showed up on my screen?? Maybe I was supposed to do something, but no real instructions as to what to do?? So will have to think of something else.

Will Not Charge Through Hub
The hub works fine for connecting multiple storage devices at the same time, but it will not pass a charge to my iPhone 15 Pro. The hub has a charge port on it and is designed to allow charging of the phone while a SSD is also connected to the hub. I use the 1TB Lexar Go connected to this hub and then try to plug in a portable charger to the hub charger port... it will not pass the charge to the phone. I tried multiple chargers and also a standard charger connected to a wall outlet and still nothing. I purchased a second hub, thinking the first was faulty, but the second hub behaved the same. So don't depend on this to charge your phone.
