Liberty Oil, Clear Nonstaining Oil for Lubricating All of Your Sewing Machines Moving Parts

It seems to work as intended. No schmear, a very nice oil

So easy to apply to tight hard to reach areas,Bought this to oil my brother serger before using (read the manual which it clearly stated to do) thing is the serger doesn't come with oil.Needed oil, went in search of some, found this and couldn't be happier with the results. This bottle is gonna last too, since it doesn't take much to oil the bits that need oiling (no squeaky squeaky here). But when I run out I know where to go for more.So appreciative of the long skinny needle like nozzle. Made it so easy to apply just enough to all the parts the manual pointed out. (some of which where hidden behind other parts of the serger)I now regularly oil my machine, its the first sewing machine I've actually had to oil myself. (my other brother sewing machine says to never do it oddly).

I have an old film camera and the film rollers that the the film traveled across when I advanced the film were beginning to seize up and ended up scratching the last couple rolls of film I ran through it. I applied a touch of this oil on the end of the film rollers and gently began rolling the rollers back and forth, working the oil to the inside, loosening them up. After a couple minutes, the rollers were rolling smoothly again and the next roll of film came out with zero scratches on the negatives. Simple and relatively cheap fix.This is a small bottle but considering you use just a touch of oil at a time, this bottle should last well past my lifetime. The metal needle application tip is useful for most applications. However, it was just a bit too big for what I was using it for so I applied mine with the end of a paper clip. Nice product though. Definitely recommended.

In general, this seems to be a great product, and I really do like the nozzle set up... however, it's really easy to pop it off, so just be aware. Luckily, it's also very easy to reattach, so this is perfectly usable. If you have a hard to oil spot in your machine, this works quite well.

Great quality oil to have when needed to lube hinges, motors, clippers, etc.

This is the best lubricant for your sewing machine! I've sewn for over 50 years and have used LOTS of sewing machine oil in that time. When I had to have my grandfather clock (that my grandfather built) repaired, the clock man used this same oil on all the moving metal parts. He said his wife uses it on her sewing machines as well so I was sold. I have a Janome 4800 Memory Craft I use at home and a Singer 301A that I take to retreats and quilting classes. Both have never sounded better since I used Liberty Oil where metal meets metal. Also, the needle applicator makes it so easy to get in to those little tight spots and control just how much lubricant is applied. My machines are now literally "whisper quiet". So much so that my husband will now come upstairs and watch movies with me as I quilt. He wouldn't before because he said the machine was too loud. I also love that this lubricant seems to "stay where put" better than some sewing machine oils I've used in the past. After oiling my machines, I ran a piece of scrap fabric through to catch any stray drips and I didn't find any residue. Love, love, love this product!

I bought this for my Theragun Pro handheld massager, it was getting LOUD. I finally thought...I should put oil to lubricate it, it's almost quiet now. The applicator tip made it easy, and there's plenty of oil to last a long time for my use. A little goes a long way. I believe it's made in America too!!! Thanks
