These watch band pins represent a large variety of stainless-steel spring bar pin sizes. The springs appear to be of adequate strength to serve their purpose. The only drawback to this set is the spring bars are all "straight pins" and none of them are the "movable switch" type of pieces. The movable switch type of spring bar pin, found in many sport watches and those watches where the bands are designed to be changed almost on a daily basis to suit the attire of the individual wearing the watch (e.g., multiple color bands). However, I was aware of that when I purchased the set. 360 pins is a lot and I doubt I'll ever come close to using them all, but it is convenient to have so many sizes all in one set. I would recommend this set.
