Delicious Noodles
The media could not be loaded. These noodles are delicious. They are a bit spicy, spice level from a 1-10, I’d say an 8, and I grew up eating Caribbean, Indian, and African foods if that helps. I strained the seeds out of the chili oil pack to reduce the spice which helped. I added scallions and crab meat to mine, very delicious. Definitely worth the money for 4 packs and the delivery was quick. I will be ordering more!

Hmmmm- Pretty Good!
This was my first time trying the wide noodles and they ARE a different experience.I boil my water w chicken bouillon then add the noodles and the flavour pkts. I do not drain.These noodles are more chewy and the broth is - heavier(?) than I'm used to, I'm guessing based on the starchy content.Other reviews have mentioned it's spicy??? Yeah, no. I actually added red pepper flakes to my last bowl to give it a bit more 'zip'!After the first pack, I added some dried ramen toppings which really amped it up!I'd say definitely give them a try!

Wasn’t for me
The texture of the noodles is fun. They’re not too spicy. It’s a buildable heat the flavor just wasn’t it for me.

Don’t do it!
I couldn’t give no stars, these were so disgusting. The taste was oily and gummy. A true gelatinous mess ! Do not waste your money . I now have three packages left I can do nothing with . I love rice noodles and these are just terrible texture

The ADs are over rated
Don't believe the hype! They are ok, once you learn how to prepare them, because the entire package is written in Chinese, not one word of English. The texture of the noodles range from chewy, to gummy to mush. I finally tried noodles in 1/2 bowl of slightly salted water, covered cook x3 min, then uncover x1 min, and stir til tender. Pour off most of the water, then add ingredients. Soy > powder > red chillies sauce stir.
