I used the original formula and the new formula and tested both with a CGM glucose monitor. While both formulas worked to keep blood sugar levels stable, the new formula is like 200% better. No spike. The new version has loquat leaf and as you can see in the CGM graph it works great. Just as good as fiber! The Glucose Goddess better be watching!

I'll preface by saying that I did my homework. I saw the new formula as advertised, and I went down a "rabbit hole" online about loquat leaf and its properties. This is the real deal! Spiking is more common than you think, and I can't believe there's a product that helps manage healthy blood sugar levels - NATURALLY. You can tell the manufacturer knows what they're doing, and I feel better and safer using this product over others Ive tried. If you're on the fence, give it a shot! Absolutely worth it. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

That makes compliance easy. - Flexible application — I used it before “risky meals” (rice, pasta, sweets) rather than every meal. It feels more like a targeted tool than a blanket solution. - Ingredient transparency — The label gives me confidence, and the company provides a comparison page between their “Level Off” and “Anti-Spike” versions, which shows they are aware of different metabolic use cases. Caveats/cons - Not a substitute for medication or lifestyle: I’m still exercising, managing my macros, and prioritizing fiber and protein. I'm pretty sure this is more of a gimmick or placebo item rather than legitimate. I'm tried it many times just a few minutes before I start a higher carb meal. I also have a CGM in use and the carb spike is quite a spike. Why two stars then? There is no true way to know if this is actually working or not for me. Of course I can take it for one meal and then not for the other. Of course, with a difference in what I eat the result would be inconclusive. Testing over two meals and eating the exact same food, prepared and portioned the exact same and then making sure your blood sugars start at the same level for each test. It's an impossible scenario to completely test. I doubt there are any studies done on this product and I'm pretty sure it is a knock-off of another product that I have seen studies for, but who knows if it is exactly the same. Heck, I guess it should be a one star instead.
