They were not playing about the parts. This is a serious machine and I am so impressed for the price. This machine is wicked! Not sure how to dump the fluids, because it is kinda big. It is worth every dime I paid for it!Edit 10/20/24: The cleaner broke the 2nd day. It stopped sucking up cleaning fluid. I requested a new one and I will update once it comes in.Edit 10/23/24: Received new machine and working great, no issues. They were very easy to work with. I am happy they honored their product, because I really like it.

I purchased this carpet cleaning vacuum with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been a major letdown. After only a short period of use, the vacuum stopped working altogether. Here’s what I’ve encountered so far:Power Issues: The vacuum stopped turning on after a few uses. I double-checked the power cord, and everything seems fine, but the vacuum won’t start. I tried it in different outlets, but still nothing.No Suction: Even when it was briefly working, the suction was very weak. It struggled to pick up dirt or debris from the carpet, even after multiple passes over the same area. It seemed like the motor wasn't operating at full power.Filter Problems: I inspected the filter, thinking it might be clogged. However, after cleaning it thoroughly, there was still no improvement in performance.

I liked that this product came with how to care for the machine .It also came in packed very well .Its got a lot of attachments to use for your car and smaller spaces .. I also love that the suction piece is clear and your able to see what your clean., all the attachments are a reasonable length as well and will reach where you want to clean I had a question to the seller and he responded really quick and was very helpful.Thank you

Very good machine for the price. The suction of water and debris is very strong. I clean rugs and office carpets. The product gets the job done adequately.

Working good

I used the shampooer portion twice (maybe 3 times tops). Tried shampooing/ cleaning my furniture today and the solution part of the vacuum didn't work at all. Vacuum worked normally but no solution. Don't waste your money people. Date of purchase December 2024, it's now March 13, 2025. Highly disappointed.

Not great…. Definitely not worth the money

Stopped working took month to get them to send new spray motor then they told me they were going out of business and could not help me bcz there is a new manufacturer taking over. Omg its been a nightmare trying to get them to just help me. 400$ down the drain. They cleaned me out. Pun intended.
