ProCook Gourmet knives are great quality and value
This is my second ProCook Gourmet Utility knife. Price is low but the quality is superior to more expensive knives I have. X30 hardness isn't as hard as some, but I can't find any drawback from that. For very heavy use in a professional setting the choice would be for the X50 pro range anyway as spending more would make sense. The sharpness is razor. The blade cuts cleanly. The knife is well weighted with a decent sized handle. Comes very well packaged in a box with a tip protector. Don't anyone feel you need to pay nearly twice the price for a different make. This knife is my choice even if it wasn't cheaper. I have spent a lot more on another knife on the same order and this knife is better, on sharpness, cleanness of cut, has a larger handle and is supplied better packaged.

does exactly what it says and quality is excellent
does exactly what it says and quality is excellent, very sharp, good sized handle, easy to hold and grip is good, cuts easily and does the job effectively, very premium looking and good weight to the knife itself, well balanced i would say, give it a weekly sharpen up and you will always have a great sharp knife that goes through salads, veg, and even meat trimming very easily. highly recommended.

Affordable and durable
I liked the price (and the fact that it wasn't part of a set - I seem to have loads of larger knives that are perfectly serviceable already), the construction and quality which equal durability. In terms of easy to hold , the only reservation that I have is the end of the handle, where comfort has been sacrificed for design, I would have preferred a rounded end instead of the diagonal cut-off shape - but this may just be that my hand isn't either small enough or large enough not to notice the difference - who knows? Overall I am pleased and hope that they stand up to being dishwashed better than the ones that I am retiring to the potting shed.

GOOD QUALITY
I disliked nothing about this knife - I only wish I had bought such a good knife years ago. Because it is so sharp one needs to be very careful whilst handling. The sharp point is very handy also. Cover your ears manufacturer but I find it excellent for slicing open packets and boxes ie cake boxes and bacon packets. It makes it SO EASY.

Good for normal use.
Not very sharp. The whole knife is one piece. So wont break.

Good cutting edge
A little bulkier than I had hoped also the blade but I’m sure I shall get used to it. Nicely made
