Product needs better instructions
I have never made pizzelle before so this was a new experience.I must say that I am not super impressed with the instructions, the recipe only lists the ingredients with no mixing directions and there are no directions for cooking. I mixed all the ingredients together in one, greased the plates and cooked them till they looked done. It worked but I would have preferred clearer instructions. The instructions also say that it’s normal for the indicator lights to switch off and on during cooking, I assumed it would be the same as a waffle iron and the light would change when they are cooked but you cannot change the temperature manually on the pizzelle maker. It is a bit trial and error but the results were tasty.

Perfect Pizzelle Cookies
This Pizzelle maker makes beautiful cookies. I did not use the recipe in the instructions, didn't even look at it as I have my own. I make these and form them up to make cannolis too and they are so good! This is a traditional Italian cookie maker that is worth the money. The plates do need to be greased, a quick spray does the trick. The indicator light lets you know when the maker is preheated which is very convenient especially if you're making large batches. Pizzelle cookies are versatile so you can be very creative with them. This was a great purchase. Would make a great gift for the foodie in your life.

Interesting gadget
It's an interesting gadget. It does seem to work pretty well but I don't think it's something most people will use much after the novelty wears off.

Easy to use and easy to clean
We have always loved pizzelles and I decided to replace our older version of the pizzelle machine. I have a good recipe and never even bothered to look at the enclosed recipe. The pizzelles cooked evenly and quickly they didn't stick and cleanup was easy.

latch broke
Growing up in an Italian household, pizzelles were always a beloved part of our family gatherings. From holidays to Sunday dinners, these delicate, crispy treats held a special place in my heart. Naturally, I wanted to keep this tradition alive with my own family, and I thought that trying out "mini pizzelles" would be a fun way to engage the kids and introduce them to our cultural heritage. When I found this mini pizzelle maker, I was excited to give it a try. The idea of making smaller versions of the classic treat seemed like a fun twist, and I imagined the joy on my kids’ faces as they helped me in the kitchen. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The moment I opened the box, the latch holding the press together broke. This wasn’t just a small inconvenience—it was a red flag about the product's overall quality. The construction of the press felt flimsy, and it was clear that it wasn’t built to last. At a $40 price point, I expected much better. There are numerous well-known brands offering pizzelle makers in the same price range, and they provide far superior quality and durability. Unfortunately, this product fell far short of expectations. If you're looking to invest in a pizzelle maker, I’d recommend exploring other options that offer better craftsmanship and longevity.

Fun and tasty
I have never used a pizzelle maker before, so it was kinda fun to experiment with it. And it was an experiment, because the instructions just gave the ingredients, no directions of how to mix them. Do you put dry ingredients separately from wet, do you fold them in, do you beat them, or just stir? . But still, it was not difficult to use it. I just had no idea what the consistency should have been or how much to put in the pizzelle maker. It would be nice if they gave you a measuring utensil to scoop out how much to put in the machine. By the end of the cookies I almost had the amount down pat.The batter did not stick to the machine at all, but I did butter it with a Brush each time. The waffle cookies popped right out of the Machine. The cookies tasted really good, just the right size for a snack.. The latch to close the lid is flimsy.
