My friend said " for all the good that they do you might as well put them up your backside".Needless to say I followed the instructions and they did an excellent job.

Brilliant Product! Works within ten minutes. I suffer from very bad constipation, and I have found oral laxatives have very little effect on me. I bought these because they were recommended by a local chemist. I don't think I have waited more than ten minutes for them to work. Before you use them, ensure you have access to the toilet. I have gone days without using the toilet, which is very uncomfortable to say the least. I do not think this will ever happen again after buying these. These are a much better deal than purchasing from a chemist. This deal works out to be at least a third of the price. When I was on the toilet, I seem to be remembering a song from school something about dropping bombs on Germany. I can't think what this was, or why I was thinking about it! Know what I mean Harry!!!

Decent suppository, not alot to be said really, they go somewhere and they work, could be cheaper.

Encourages evacuation within 5-30 minutes when used if I sense incomplete emptying at toilet.A second one after that will leave me clean inside for 12+ hours when used in combination with a high fibre diet.Easy to insert if a simple water based lubricant is used (this is necessary, they are not pre-lubricated and are rubbery in texture).Down side: they are individually packaged in difficult to remove tough plastic wrap - strong fingers or scissors help.It would be nice if they came with a tiny bottle of lubricant in the pack for those unaware lubricant is necessary for insertion.

If you're from the US as I am, these are not the suppositories you're used to. These are a softer gel-like substance and they work like gangbusters, as opposed to the hard, waxy ones we can buy here. Allegedly they are of the same material--glycerine--but one works and the other doesn't. I was SO happy to find these on Amazon UK since British pharmacies don't ship internationally any more.

Excellent product. I find the plastic wrap very difficult to remove but I do it with scissors now
