Is a white protein powder has no flavor so it’s easy to drink or add the different meals instead of eggs I can always take this powder for egg white. It makes it into my protein shake so that I can get my protein content in. This is a great way to get that added protein. It dissolves easily and has no taste.

Flavor is bland, so it works well with whatever you mix it with.

Great alternative to consume egg whites and used it for making chicken batter

I didn't quite know what to expect from a product calling itself "egg white protein powder". I was expecting it to be more like other "protein powder" products that you add to smoothies.When I first got it, I added the recommended amount of powder to the recommended amount of water in my blender bottle and gave it a shake. The blender bottle quickly filled with froth... but some might call it meringue. And that was pretty much what it was -- a perfect meringue. Thinking that I had found something no one else had, I put my meringue in the microwave for a couple of minutes... and sure enough, it kept its frothiness. But I digress....I was a bit surprised that the powder becomes so frothy when mixed in plain water. I enjoy having froth in my coffee and smoothies seem to be elevated with a little froth. But this powder is over-the-top with its ability to become frothy.I was also surprised that this powder acts like egg whites when heated. My plan was to add this to a bowl of oatmeal. But when that oatmeal is heated, the mixture becomes solid.... just like you would expect if you'd mixed an egg white into a bowl of oatmeal.As I was heating my oatmeal with egg white mixture, I caught a whiff of what was cooking... and it smelled like I was cooking egg whites. That was yet another surprise. Egg whites don't have much flavor or much smell, but cooking egg whites has a distinctive smell (not bad... just distinctive).So... if you're looking for something that tastes like egg whites, smalls like egg whites and bakes like egg whites... this product is perfect!!!This product seems to be a good value based on the quantity and when comparing other products that are similar. Given that you can store this product at room temperature for several years, this would also make a good value for camping. But comparing the price of one serving of egg white powder with the price of one serving of actual egg whites, this seems a bit expensive.

This egg white powder can be used either as a supplement for a source of protein, or as a substitute for egg whites in baking. As a pasteurized product, it's safe to consume raw, unlike natural egg whites. The label directions are very clear on using as an egg white substitute in recipes - the powder can either be reconstituted with water and used as normal egg whites, or can be mixed with other dry ingredients and extra water or other liquid included in the liquid ingredients of the recipe.The powder mixes fairly easily with a bit of clumping. Easy to make smooth with a whisk or mini-blender. Taste is very neutral with a tiny bit of egginess. Package claims only one ingredient with no additives. Nutrition statement shows the contents are nearly all protein with no fat. Very good substitute for shell egg whites, and no wasted yolks or refrigeration.

Very frustrated. While it looks like the seals are intact, the lid can open and both packages are open. I cannot get a refund.
