Woodbridge actually returned my call!
I was unsure about the electrical wiring, so I called Woodbridge a few times. Their lines were busy. I had to leave a voicemail. They called me back later that day! It was nice to see a brand on Amazon actually has a USA support team.I have used the BJ400 for a few weeks now. It was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. My wife said the jet and bubble were a little strong initially. She ended up liking them. The pressure of our old whirlpool tub was too weak.Tip: The rep told me I could extend the warranty by one year for free. All I needed to do was to scan the QR code on the box. Obviously, I didn’t pay attention when I opened the box. He guided me to sign up on their website. It only applies for their whirlpool tubs and bidets, though.
