It's an exact fit for the drain in my downstairs shower, if it's shifted slightly to either side a hole gets uncovered. It could be like 1/2 an inch bigger it works but it would be easier to use if it were bigger.

The description and buyer reviews all said this keeps hair out of the shower drain.They neglected to say that it Also keeps Water Out Of The Drain. It’s not porous so water doesn’t drain and before I got into the shower, the water was getting deeper.I had to move it partially off the drain in order for the water to go down the drain.The manufacturer should actually try out the products before selling them.

got this toblock the drain( after buying sink plugs at stores that didnt fully fit or block water) this works on all drains and easily sticks to side when not in use. simple and good

This Floor Drain Cover comes in a set of 2 and is transparent silicone.They are good quality and do exactly what I was looking for and stay on the drain with no gaps.There is a corner hole that I can hang the drain cover and wait for the shower floor to dry before placing it. This ensures that there is no water trapped in between that would start a slimy residue.Simple, aesthetically pleasing, and not only does the job, but does it very well.No odour or bugs coming up the drain.

This silicone drain cover works as intended. I use it for the basement stand up shower where the drain is flat and doesn’t have a pop-up drain. I use it between taking showers so that it covers the drain to prevent drainage odors to come up. The package comes with two drain covers so I just saved it to replace this one as needed. I tried it on my other shower with pop-up drain plugs and it didn’t work as well but this is made more for flat drain covers.
