Well balanced
I am really impressed with this budget price microphone. Having just ventured in to making video content I found I needed a stand alone microphone and as this is a fledgling hobby I didn't want to spend big bucks so this purchase was made purely on price - that and I did recognise the brand name which was a bonus. Easy to assemble out of the box and I am impressed that the USB cable actually has a woven casing which makes it feel like a higher end item. The tripod is nice and stable, the only issue I have found is the pop shield (for want of a better description) is easy to knock out of place and you definitely need it in place as the microphone itself is fairly sensitive. I am pleasingly surprised at how well it picks up sound. I have is set up for my video recording which so happens to be in the Living Room so half the time my other half is there when I am recording. If he talks at normal volume it does pick his voice up lovely and clearly despite being a good 3 or 4 metres away from the mic - no weird distortion or loss of quality which surprised me. I fully expected it to be fine for close up use so the fact it gives clear, fresh sound from a moderate distance was a nice bonus (always fun to have the peanut gallery in your recordings). To be honest I am loving my new hobby and am looking at upgrading some of my equipment already. However, I am certainly NOT going to be changing this mic. Compact and is more than up to the job I have for it so why spend more when this little beauty does the job excellently?

Solid Microphone choice for a budget friendly setup
I was looking for a decent budget microphone for my desktop setup but I was quite spoiled for choice. I asked a few friends what they use and a couple mentioned that they use this microphone. Since I know how good the microphone sounded I went to go buy one. The setup was quite simple and only took me five minutes and after that it was mostly plug and play with a few tweaks to the mic balancing. The vocals are clear though I would recommend some noise cancellation as it will pick up some background sounds (as most mics do anyways). it looks neat and it is quite solid. This is a great buy for anyone on a budget!

Great for starting out or upgrading an inbuilt mic on a budget, but not anything more serious
The Trust GXT 232 Mantis is a cheap, yet reliable microphone that gets the job done with more than acceptable sound quality and an easy mounting system. In my opinion, it is perfect for amateur streamers (marketed at streamers at time of review) or when you need something more than an inbuilt microphone. Build quality - The quality of the build is acceptable and to be expected considering the price point. Made out of plastic all round, with metal mesh and rubber feet and stabilisets for the stand, and a metal handle for the plastic and cloth pop filter. Overall, the quality reflects its cheap price, however considering it is meant to be mounted on the stand and left untouched, it shouldn't be a problem. The cable is also very sturdy, with a no-expense-spared appearance. Fabric coats the cable from both end points, and cable overall is of acceptable length, and has a silver plated USB frame for PC connections. Sound Quality - The quality of the sound is great. It picks up everything you say fine from any distance and transmits your voice very clearly. The only let down, however, is sensitivity. It is really darn sensitive! It will pick up sounds as quiet as a fan running in the background, which can hurt when all you want is your voice, and can give the effect the microphone itself is at fault. I can see the use in some cases, however, as it is marketed for streamers as mentioned before, you have to be careful on how far from noise pollutants you put it. A thing to note here is the mic is assumed as a front-facing microphone, however, it is a side facing mic. I recommend moving it so that both metal meshes face left and right, rather than up and down, to improve sound quality. This may be a manufacturer oversight. Stand - The stand is a let down. Whilst easy to setup and gets the job done, it can be really difficult to get the pop filter in the correct place, and whilst vertical adjustments are easy to make and it holds in place well, the horizontal can move to even the smallest of touches, and while it will hold, even a bang on the table can tilt it left or right. Be careful! The pop filter gets the job done as well, being 2 pieces of meshed fabric separated by a few millimeters and held together by a plastic frame. As a pop filter, it does its intended purpose well. Overall - I would recommend this microphone to anyone on a budget starting out in streaming or looking to upgrade from an inbuilt mic, but for anything more serious, you would have to look elsewhere, as it simply isn't up to scratch nor is it worth the money for the small yet impactful issues it suffers.

Great Purchase
Drove myself mad trying to research a mic to use for webinars and zoom meetings etc. So glad I went for this one in the end. The mic is great and the wire is quite long, which means it allows me to connect to the computer and place the mic where I want. The stand and the pop filter feel a little flimsy but to be fair they do the job and for the price, I definitely cannot complain. So much better than using my air pods or the built in computer mic.

Not for recording
I would not recommend it to anyone who wants to have clear sound. You can type in on your laptop, move your mouse and this mic will catch every sound - which may be good thing in some cases. If you wanna stream or record a podcast, this microphone is a big no. I tried to remove background sound using pc software, but it didn't help. You can buy this mic if you want to look professional or want to sound better on zoom call, I wouldn't recommend it to someone who starts with recording audio. In general it looks nice and you can feel it's well done, but that's all. I rate it based on my experience with recording audio.

Really good, universal mount!
I spent a while looking for a mic for a decent price (I'm not willing to spend a lot on a professional-level mic, but I just want something decent. Another important thing to me, was a way of not just having it sit around on my limited desk space. I ordered this out of pretty much just 'going for it' - the reviews seemed decent enough. I ended up being very pleased - I'd also ordered an arm, having no idea if it'd even fit - but as it turns out, this mic's cradle features a universal mounting hole. I just unscrewed the original tripod that came with it, and screwed it straight into the arm. Perfect. The mic quality is very decent, good volume, no complaints from anyone I've talked to.

Worst mic I have ever bought
I read the reviews before buying this but because there were more positive reviews than negative I decided just to give it a chance but once I set it up everyone on my voice call (discord voice call on pc) said the sound quality was good for the first 10 minutes and then when I started playing around with the mic on voice recorder I noticed there started to be a static sound coming from the mic. I tried to find the source of which the static was coming from and realised when I moved the wire the static got louder. I came to the conclusion that the wire was be faulty so immediately sent it back. I was going to use this mic for streaming but was saddened that it has this static sound. Sent it back and decided to actually invest in a more pricey mic. If you are looking for a good quality mic then don't go for the cheaper ones like this one. You really do get what you pay for.

Le micro fonctionne très bien et il est de bonne qualité, facile a paramétrer, branchement USB, même sans la petite mousse pour les bruits il fait très bien son travail.
